I ordered a DECAF iced coffee for my wife who is extremely sensitive to caffeine. After a few drinks she has a panic attack from a caffeinated coffee. Because the staff just can’t follow instructions. DECAF is a big deal to some people. Start taking it seriously. Train your team, please.

I just have to say Tim's has really fallen. The place is nasty, and the donuts and bagels are worse than store bought. What happened?Dunkin here I come

Had to wait more than 30 minutes for our food, went up to the counter just to find out the order never popped up on their screen. The Sprite tasted somewhat watered down and when the food was eventually delivered, I did not get the side that comes with every meal so we practically donated more than 2 dollars to them. The food was alright but the amount of effort it took for us to get it was phenomenally ridiculous.

I love this place always has great food and amazing service. I went there today for a large triple triple and this beautiful lady Tiffany I believe her name is was just the absolute sweetest person. You can tell by the way she talks and her accent she was raised correctly she called me ma'am and everything. Keep up the good work Tim Hortons.!

I go to this location every morning during the week and lately been very disappointed with them not opening on time, last week stayed at the speaker for over 10 minutes waiting thinking maybe they were just running behind and nothing not even the courtesy to let waiting customers know they are going to be late opening. Thank God for the Tim Hortons on 24th, seems like I find myself rushing there more and more cuz Marysville don't open when they are supposed to. Very disappointing cuz I like that location and staff is usually very friendly.

This manager Carley is awesome I have waitressed 40 years and this girl deserves a raise how she handled her staff and me very impressed!!!!
