Massawa stepped in and dealt with a difficult situation in the most amazing way. They cleaned a suite that was in a really bad state. I was amazed at how spotless the apartment was when they were done. The cupboards, fridge, stove, walls, floors, and bathroom were spotless and smelled so clean. This was a difficult time for us, as it related to the death of a family member. Their sensitivity, understanding and kindness were so appreciated, and the work was immaculate. Massawa provided service above and beyond what we expected, and we are grateful. These are very special people, and I cannot say enough!

Massawa Cleaning Company cleaned my condo apartment today (March 6, 2023), and they did an amazing job!In a 4-hour cleaning (2 people, 2 hours each), they went above and beyond what I expected. For example, they cleaned the top of my antique wardrobes, which had probably NEVER been cleaned before, and they cleaned under them, too. They moved furniture, such as night-stands, to clean behind/beside and under them, and to get access to behind my bed. They even cleaned the lint trap in my dryer, where I'd done a load of towels last night.They were professional, polite and efficient, and are excellent communicators. They even sent me photos of some of the more notable things they did after they cleaned, since I was out of the condo.One pleasant surprise (among many) was that they put all my photos and knick-knacks back EXACTLY where I had them when they dusted. I'm so tire of having to rearrange after other cleaners move things to dust and then don't put them back.I've asked them to clean for me on a biweekly basis from now on.

I was hoping for a local business that will be the same cleaners regularly instead of always changing.They sent me a quote, wont bother to describe how unprofessional it was, I will let them figure that out for themselves. Regardless of this red flag I still booked. They confirmed a time then no-showed, no call, no attempt to reconcile.Stick to a more established company. I'll call Mopify...
