Honest, professional, friendly and attentive service. Performed scheduled maintenance on my 911 for $$$hundreds less than ‘authorized’ dealer. Sierra manages the front desk and is a really diligent person. I’m sold.

Ive brought my truck here for multiple things, all the way from getting a safety inspection when I purchased it. To routine maintenance/repairs, over the last couple years and thankfully I have found them. They resolve them in a timely manner and they provide Top notch service! The work they do here is great and the honesty is second to none. I very highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new mech/tech.

The person at the desk was nice and friendly. However, my car was in the shop twice, with two bill payments and they still couldn't find the problem. They used a 1/4 tank of gas driving it around to try and hear the problem. Then the suggestion was to have one of their technicians drive it home to see if they could hear the problem (ummmm....no thanks!). Took it somewhere else and the issue was located and fixed that day!I was also promised a refund but I'm still waiting.... I will never go back!!!

It is very hard to find hard working and honest mechanics anywhere. And I feel Napa auto pro on upper James is the one. I am truly confident visiting this shop without feeling being worried and I know they will tell me honestly what is needed for my vehicle. I had my Jaguar breaks done here within good price range and I also had my Mercedes starter motor replaced. Customer service is fantastic with great big smile and warm welcoming. I wish every auto shop is like this. This shop should be the role model. Keep up the great work guys!

I've been taking my 2013 Honda Civic here since 2021. Sierra at the front desk is a pleasure! So accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. She will always explain any issues. They don't try to upsell or offer you services that aren't needed, which is rare for a mechanic. Highly recommend!

Booked an appointment to get 3 maybe 4 new tires. Receptionist was fairly nice, told me my car was ready paid and left. Upon stopping for gas I noticed 3/4 of my tires had the wrong air caps on my tires(half on valve). I called and went back for them obviously, these are new tires. Owner was there to greet me and found 2/3. I can be pretty meticulous, especially with my car. I have never had an issue with this business till now. Something so simple but kinda turns me off from returning.

After going to multiple mechanics over the years and being taken advantage over and over again, I found this amazing shop. Having a newish BMW M2 I was a bit hesitant but these guys have been a breath of fresh air and amazing to deal with. I couldn’t recommend them more. Extemely knowledgeable and accommodating!
