As someone with limited experience buying paint I was hoping for some guidance in store, I was met with the rudest sales employee I’ve ever encountered. Unhelpful, snarky, and condescending. I left the store and went down the street to Dulux to get the help I needed. Safe to say I will never be going back to this location.

This is a store that genuinely cares and will go the extra mile time and time again. Can always count on them. Amazing staff who have all treated me with nothing but respect and dignity no matter the situation. I would be hard pressed to believe there’s a better bunch out there. Over the phone order did not provide me with the products I asked for. Maybe different when you can go in.**Update: After completing this review and a customer satisfaction survey the manager reached out to me (the next day). He listened to my concerns and then provided me with a different product that will meet my needs. I am very happy with the customer service I received. I have yet to try the product itself, but was glad to have a store manager who listened and was able to swap out the product.

I have no complaints about this store ! I received amazing customer service. After having rude customer service from the paint department at lowes i called sherwin williams. They allowed me to take a book home with every single colour they sell for the weekend. Once i had my colours picked they gladly provided paint swatches and calling and ordering the paint was a breeze they were very knowledgeable and made sure the price was reasonable.

This is the place! I needed to match a stain for an interior stair rail and post. Brian matched it perfectly - it looks great and I couldn't be happier. Excellent customer service; friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I have been going to Sherwin Williams in Belleville for many years and really appreciated the service and help I got from Julia. But today my experience was the opposite, the sales associate was condescending and disrespectful. My husband and I almost walked out without buying the paint we came to buy because she made us so angry. At the present time we don’t plan to return.
