This company was great everything fall apart after it was sold for this guy in B.C and stallion express start to be real competitor , this branch STOLE my 2 package ( night shift team ) i provide date and time and they told me we will check security camera then they come and said it was mess scan!!! and it may be lost by our partner !!! no it was your branch because it say waiting the item and this date i want make sure from doubts and i was right ...

I would submit a zero star review if I could.I had a seller in Nova Scotia use this company to send something to Newfoundland. Absolutely NO REASON for the parcel to go to Burlington, Ontario where it promptly got lost. I sent 8 emails to the company before finally relenting and calling. The first customer service associate I spoke to hung up on me, though I don't know if they were at this specific branch that's irrelevant. I would absolutely NOT recommend anyone ever using this shipping company.Order placed July 25th. Shipped July 30th. Going from Nova Scotia to Newfoundland (I see no reason for it to have even gone to Ontario). The parcel has said received at Burlington Ontario facility since August 4th. Expected delivery was August 16th. Currently September 13th and still nothing. They also tried to pass the blame off to Canada Post who had not even received the parcel.

I like they are cheap way to send stuff to USA (mail and other small packages) however, during the past 2 years, their rates have increased dramatically. I don't use their service that often now. Their rates were amazing before and I used their service alot for my business orders. Not anymore.

Always a straight forward process with Chitchats. I had transitioned over to using their services after Swiftposts awful customer service and abruptly decided to no longer offer international shipping thus forcing small businesses to look elsewhere.Usually have my packages delivered in 2-3 business days in the GTA. They partner with intelcom + Canada Post and USPS if shipping to USA to have your packages delivered since they buy wholesale with these carriers to offer lowered rates. All you have to do sign up for account, input information with your parcel and print a label then drop off. At this location, you just have to drop it in the right bin and they will have the parcel processed.They are opened on weekends which is nice, however if I drop off a package on Friday they will not have it processed until Monday and shipped/delivered on either the Tuesday/Wednesday (4 days). Which is fine. Where as if I dropped off my parcel on the Tuesday, it will be likely be delivered on the Thursday within the GTA. So for what its worth dropping off your packages on the Friday and Monday morning, there really isn't much of a difference of when it will be delivered since not everyone is working on the weekends. All in all very satisfied with Chitchats services, will continue to use for my small business and shipping needs!

Don't often write reviews but other businesses need to know NOT to use Chit Chats. Absolutely horrid service - parcels will sit at their facilities for DAYS before leaving, management will yell at you on the phone, and they will lose your packages. We used to drop hundreds of parcels/week and had their warehouse staff sign a Bill Of Lading to confirm receipt of delivery yet they would still claim the parcels weren't received. Video proof and management will still yell at you and tell you you're wrong. Do yourself a favour and ship with Stallion Express.

Update: After posting this review, I finally received a response from the company, and was assured that the package is likely delayed but not lost, we will see if this is true. But considering I was given a courteous, extensive, and kind reply from Joanna, I have changed my review from one star to three stars. Hopefully my package isn’t lost, but we will see. I’ll update my rating if it is delivered or not. But nonetheless thank you Joanna for your kind and extensive reply.What a disgraceful subpar company. I’ve tried contacting them so many times and all I get is a useless unhelpful automated message and they never reply with an actual human response unless you reply to the message and even then they don’t really reply, because I have yet to receive any help or reply from the company. They most likely lost my package, because it’s been since the package was shipped out, February 15th, that the package is still “in transit” and usps hasn’t received it yet. No package should be in transit for practically two weeks without an update unless of course it’s lost.

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS CARRIER. Their delivery partners are incompetent and will leave you packages at the wrong location and in unsafe condition. Mine was left at the window sill at the wrong location by intelcom (their third party provider). Insurance claim was denied and I am out $200. They ignore emails and do not help at all with the claims process. No care about customers. Paying for insurance does not mean anything as even after they determined the package was delivered to the wrong location and in an unsafe condition they will deny your claim. Their third party insurance provider is useless and unresponsive. Don't risk your packages with this company.

Chitchats Burlington lost one of my packages worth $150 which was sent to the United states!!! Not recommended to be used by small businesses.opened a service ticket. zero response from the agents. customer service just lies to you about when to expect a package with no tracking proof.Very unreliable and terrible customer service. Once posted its in gods hands. either it gets delivered or it gets lost. There is zero customer service and they do nothing to help you( if there is a problem with a shipment then you are on your own.)

I was BLOWN away with the service I received from Lana at the Burlington location! I had a major issue that I had created and it seemed that there was no way to fix it. Lana saved my toosh. I went from full on panic to everything being ok! She made the impossible happen! She also was extremely helpful and thorough through our emails. Walked me through everything I need to do and was very clear.This company is so much better than the typical postal service. They have continued to impress me. I now use them for all of my shipping needs and I am thankful to have them!
