Karen Whyte RMT

I've been seeing Karen for well over 5 years and it's always been a great experience. She knows what she is doing and does it very well, every problem I've brought up has been fixed. She makes you feel super comfortable and at home.

Karen seeks feedback from her clients as to what your body is feeling, what you want her to focus on and how you did since your last treatment. She always gives tips on things to do at home to give you better health for your muscles and trouble areas. She gets excited to work with me on areas that have caused me pain and trouble for over 15 years. She has done more to get at the root of my problems in just a couple sessions versus months of therapy with others. Whether you want a gentle relaxation massage or deep tissue massage for trouble spots, I highly recommend Karen.

Over the last year and a half I have struggled to find comfort in my own body by high levels of pain to sleepless nights. Searched answers from doctors to specialist and no one was able to help me or were not listening to me. Karen empathicly listened to what I was saying and physically worked on areas of my body that had severe trauma. I was gifted for my birthday a session to see Karen and for the first time in over a year and a half I have been able to sleep throughout the night without any disturbances and sit and work throughout the day without taking breaks trying to relieve the excruciating pain I suffer every day in one session. I have seen message therpaist before however I have never witnessed someone who listened intently to what I was saying and worked with my body. Today has been my first day to a new journey of physical healing. I highly recommend and encourage individuals to see Karen.

Karen is excellent to deal with. She is very thorough and also very knowledgeable about how to help you. I enjoy seeing her, her personality puts you at ease and makes the sessions go by quickly .
