They are conveniently located. Fast and efficient service. The insurance agents would make you aware of all tiny details and then ask for your signature on paper work. I would recommend them to anyone in the neighborhood. Keep up the good work.

I bought a car in Alberta and was trying to get plates and a package policy. A lady (long grey curly hair) “helped” me. She was absolutely useless, did not understand what I had been told on the phone from SGI and was apparently unaware of the new west partnership. When I said I would go somewhere else she called her manager over, they both scoffed and she said “good luck” in a condescending tone. She was rude and kept saying how she wanted to close early.I went to knight archer by the new Costco and was helped in half the time by a much nicer lady. Overall I’m very disappointed with the service I received and hope this review helps others avoid this place.

The agent totally became another person after he sold a policy. He is so unprofessional and inpatient(before selling the policy was good).

Terrible service, terrible employees, they never understood what I was trying to do, and they wouldn’t let me plate my new vehicle. I am never going back there, I wouldn’t recommend going there ever. Horrible place

Update: Reached out again and I will say we got better service this time. Hugh Sutherland helped us out and was much more accommodating and responsive. Good customer service experience. The front desk officers were friendly and courteous.

These folks were pretty uneasy and confrontational off the bat. Sure they got the job done but really can provoke a person and claim no verbal abuse is allowed while they hide behind their glass panes.
