By FAR the WORST customer service i have ever experienced in my life!! I bought a trailer lock that was suppose to be universal and it doesnt fit my hitch at all then which trying to put it in a huge corner breaks off totally cheap stuff. I have sent multiple Emails, phone calls and left voice messages to call me and not a single reply. Absolutely impossible to get a hold of them so think twice if you are to buy from these guys cause if you have any problems your stuck with them

I've placed two orders with this company. The lack of communication and response to e-mails is horrible on each occasion. I don't understand why a customer needs to e-mail 4 times, and then call to finally talk to someone. Unbelievable.

Great staff, great customer service, lots of stock and well priced! Can't ask for more. Highly recommend giving them a call!

These guys are awesome! Highly recommended group of individuals whose strive hard to provide excellent aftersales service. I ordered a set of hub centric rings sadly canada post lost the package in transit. Kaye responded quicly to my every email and did her best to correct the situation eventhough it is not their fault.Kudos to her and really happy with the customer service
