I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Concord Car Wash Shop, and I must say, I was highly impressed with their service and attention to detail. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional, making me feel welcome and confident in their abilities.The shop itself was clean and well-organized, creating a pleasant atmosphere. They had a wide range of car detailing services available, and I was able to find exactly what I needed for my vehicle. The staff took the time to explain each service in detail and helped me choose the best option based on my requirements and budget.

The best car wash I’ve ever been to. The workers are extremely kind and hard working people. My car has never looked this clean ever since I got it! It was spotless. They made my car shine! Thank you so much for everything.

The Concord car wash is excellent and amazing as well. the staff and boss are amazing and very helpful and friendly.i work here and they treat me as their son. Similarly, the service you will got from there is also delightful. they provide you service with the cheap amount compared to other car wash.

I would say they did a mediocre job cleaning but the bigger issue is that their vacuum has no suction power. The older guy there tried to tell me it's because I needed to shampoo the carpet. On the way home, I stopped at a gas station and used their much stronger vacuum and it all came out easily. No shampoo needed!

I always drove by this place and was inclined to try it for awhile now. I finally did it today and was very impressed with the quality and amount of detail that was put into cleaning my car, inside and out, it took roughly around 2 hours and I chose to wait it out. They did an amazing job and it was worth every dollar. Please support small businesses!

I’m a cranky old senior citizen, but not when it comes to this car wash detail shop. Exceptional value very well worth it. We have 4 vehicles & have been coming here for years since they opened. Hard working guys who do a great job. My 87 year old mother in law will never use anyone but the. I think she has a thing for Frank. Thanks again.

Went to this car wash mainly to get a price to see how much it would be to get my boyfriends painted... the guy said $620 to repaint the spots that needed it and it would be done perfectly and there would be no issues. After the first visit we couldn’t believed what had happened... there were very noticeable patches of paint on the vehicle. The guy who did the work probably thought it was a quick and easy job. After picking the car up the first time, we were extremely disappointed and very unhappy with the outcome of the service provided. We have been in contact with the guy who did the work. He said that there were no issues and it was just us that saw the problems from the work that had been completed. The guy who did the work said to bring the car back and he would do it over again... we brought it back and there was multiple larger issues that arose... there are now multiple dents in my boyfriends hood, and another one on the passenger side door, that were not previously there. There is now a dent on the cross beam and scratches and overspray all over the car. With all of this being said we are just unhappy and extremely disappointed due to the outcome of this...
