Pucking of hair in a dogs ear should not be aloud at a groomers unless they know what there doing and what pain they are causing the dog. I recently took my dog back for a second grooming and for the following week she has been to the vet 3 times with severe discomfort in her ear from the pucking of ear hair. She has had 3 medications. As well as another 200.00 dollars. Please remember that are animals can't speak. So I'm speaking up for my dog. So groomers leave the ears and ear hair to the professional's ( the vets. I will never take her there again.

I've been taking my 2 dogs to Krista for a couple years now. She's fantastic. Our dog Shyla is a long haired chihuahua and can be pretty nasty but Krista still gets her done and she always looks great. Our little guy Teddy always looks so handsome coming from there too. Thanks so much Krista!

She has groomed all our dogs we have had for over 10 years. We got a new puppy last December and now she had become selective and told us she wouldn’t. groom him and wasn’t taking on new clients, puppies, large dogs, etc. I was somewhat upset with her explanation. I liked Krista and she was recommended by our Vet, not sure what has happened with her. Our older dog was very sick after being there last time for 24 hours and his nails were left very sharp and were not filed. I recommended her business to many people I have known over the years.Very disappointed!

Horrible experience. Made appointment for my elderly blind and deaf dog. Explained all of this on phone with her. Did not want to leave him for hours in an unknown place. She has no compassion and was rude regarding her inflexibility to accommodate a senior dog. I would never take a pet to her nor recommend her to anyone.She gets one star 9nly because that is the only way I could leave a review.

I dropped my little guy off, hes very nervous with clippers so I gave him some medication and warned the staff, after being reassured many times I left. Hours later I received a very rude phone call stating I have the worst dog ever" and that I needed to come pick up my HALF shaved 1 year old puppy who was terrified. Luckily I found somewhere last minute to fix him up. Awful service would not recommend to anyone!"
