Total experts here. Came here to get my ski boots adjusted / punched out, and the whole team was so helpful, attentive, friendly and professional. They were also incredibly patient and took their time to make sure they got me to the perfect fit. What a great place.

Was looking to buy a pair of skis and Max helped me out a ton. I explained my ability and described the type of ski I wanted, and he provided me with several options including used demo skis and new skis. Ended up getting a brand new pair of just released 2018 nordicas at a discount and he threw in nice bindings for free. Bindings were on and skis tuned in 20 minutes and then off to the mountain. He said I would love them and I absolutely do. Highly recommend this shop for rentals and especially if you are looking to buy. Max will hook you up.

I recently had a very bad experience at DANIEL LACHANCE! rude and condescending tone from Daniel Lachance himself and no help from Sam the new owner . I bought boot heaters that were poorly installed and I lost one the same day...they said it never happened before (right!....). They took absolutely no responsibility. I went to Max Ski...they help me and fixed my problem...NO CHARGE! I'm a SKI MAX customer from now on...so are all my friends and family!! way to go SKI MAX!!

I visited on 24th Dec. When I called this store two day ahead, the employee I talked with said that a snow board rental price is $25/day which is very attractive price, but when I get this store in the morning, they said that the price is forty something dollars per day and said everywhere is almost the same price whether you are renting at the mountain or here"
