Every single encounter that I've had with any staff member at this location has been positive. They're helpful and quickly find someone who can assist you with any questions related to products that they carry. They don't overwhelm you while you browse, you don't feel like someone is constantly watching you, but help is available when you need it. That's my experience!

Poor quality service. I ordered black and white prints online with poor communication, 2 hours of phone time (back and forth). The order was ultimately completed, but it should not have been that complicated. I am not novice when it comes to online ordering systems, so I am still confused as to why it was a problem to begin with.I attempted just now to order 6 more prints and in order to avoid the problems that occurred previously with my online order, I came in person (also since you do need to pay in person) and I was told they could not help me and I had to order online again.Sorry, I don't need the hassle. Really disappointing and poor support and service.

Went to laminate a couple papers today around 4:20pm. I was waiting for about 10-15 minutes as they were assisting other customers. The male worker was helping me (he even gave me the papers to place my sheets in) until he told the female worker to help me and she turned me down and stated that they can't laminate my papers because they turn off" the machine 30 mins before closing. I've been to over 3 Staples to get this job done multiple times and I've never encountered this. I would understand if I had over 3-4 papers

We were waiting in line for over 10 mins at the print shop for the manager's assistance. She decided to assist another customer who had just walked into the store over us. I am never coming to this location ever again.

Great experience as usual. Ralph went far beyond the call of Duty...spent an extra hour with me after his shift was over. Very professional and very nice man. 10 Stars..!!

The store is well organized and open concept. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good prices on Black Friday and Boxing Day.

Today I dropped by to purchase some office supplies. I needed to use the washroom and asked a customer service rep at the cash. She said sorry we are out of stock". Seriously" out of stock"
