Supplement King Oshawa

The lady at the counter is an absolute monster. Came into the supplement store a few moments ago excited to try some new products and she couldn’t care less about how she spoke to paying customers. Or care to answer the questions they were asking. I highly recommend you not waste your time coming here. Go to Popeyes instead

I was having trouble with my online order so I called the store for help. Luisa helped me with my entire order. She was super friendly and extremely helpful. She was even willing to stay late so that I could get my order today. She went above and beyond my customer service expectations! Thank you.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!! The store employee sold me batch 27 for $70 on a Black Friday sale. It was $44 on Amazon and with the Black Friday offer of 50% off it should still be cheaper. When I tried to return it, she advised that I can only door in store credit and on top did not even want to talk about the Black Friday sale. Seems like this wasn’t the first time they use deceptive sales practices. Change up your shady sales for good reviews

That was by far the worst visit of my life into a supplement store ever. The staff member I dealt with was most likely the most rudest person I have met in retail. I could easily dropped 300 or 400 bucks in there but instead I'll take my money else where. Not to mention last week I tried to come here but they were closed when they were supposed to be open. Not reliable and not friendly. Just go somewhere else.Thanks

We went there a few weeks ago and the man working there wasn’t wearing a mask, was on a phone with his friend for the whole 10 mins we were there, and wouldn’t help us even though we tried waving at him to get help. Sounded like he was catching up with an old friend. We ended up going to Popeyes and they got us what we needed :). At least the popeyes employees had masks on.

I wish I could give this location 0 stars. Went in today, first time looking for protein products. I was very unsure of what I was buying and the lady KNEW that. She assured me that I could get a full refund if I did not like the product. Later on, I went to return the item as I did not like it. When I went to return it, the man said I could only get a store credit. I told him that the lady who helped me earlier said I could get a full REFUND. NOT store credit. She was hiding in the back of the store (surprise surprise). The manager came out to talk to me after several minutes of waiting and was no help at all. Didn’t seem to care that the employees are telling customers the wrong things scamming them of their money. Will never go back to a Supplement King ever again.

I walked into and was greeted right away by Lynn the owner with such a friendly smile. She has tremendous knowledge in the nutrition & supplementation space. I mentioned to her my meal plan and that it called for no dairy and that I was missing cream in my coffee. Thanks for recommending Mocha Coffee Creamer. Supplement King is a great store and has all the supplements I use and could ever need. However, the store hours should be updated if the store is closed or if the hours have changed. I came from Ajax and made the drive just to go to this store and they were closed. Hours say they close 5pm Saturday, but at 4pm they were closed and no one was inside. Absolutely ridiculous.
