An absolutely wonderful experience through and through! The highest marks for professionalism, cleanliness and friendliness. Our pup, Murphy, gets a perfect haircut every time from Amber and the owner, Victoria, is conscientious and knowledgeable throughout. Highly recommended!

I've been taking my frenchie, Frankie to Hound & Purr since she was 10 weeks old. From day one, Victoria and her amazing staff have always gone above and beyond making sure Frankie was comfortable.With them being closed due to the pandemic, we have been able to order items for curb-side pickup. If I could give a 10 star rating on here, I would. Hands down the best groomer in the city!!! Frankie can't wait to see the Hound & Purr team very soon.

Excellent grooming services! Elizabeth takes great care with Sammy, who has anxiety and stress, always ensuring a positive experience for her. Victoria makes you feel like you are her only client. The store is well stocked and the team is knowledgeable about the product. A very positive experience every time!

He has always hated being brushed and would rather suffer quietly than be brushed or have the bur removed.I was hopeless in ever being able to give him a real bath or ever see him shine as my golden would from his spa treatments at H&P.I recommend H&P and Victoria's team hands down at the best urban groomer. Recommended to us by our vet when we were looking for a place that deals with both dogs and cats for grooming. This little place is amazing. Our dog loves to visit to get his nails trimmed, and the ladies are so wonderful with him. Last visit was for a bath and he looked wonderful in the end! His groomer, Emily, is just wonderful! He's a senior dog, and is blind, and she so patient and kind with him. The cat went for a groom with Meghan, and he looks amazing! Claws trimmed and a bath, brush, grooming. Couldn't be any happier with the top notch service!

Victoria and her team are amazing! I took my rescue puppy over for a groom session and was extremely nervous but he did great with them! Victoria did an excellent job of explaining the process and was very patient and kind. Recommend 100%

Only positive experiences ! Pablo (my thick micro pom.) is a slightly difficult puppy. Had been banned from 3 previous groomers for biting a lot since he doesn't enjoy being groomed. I finally found Hound and Purr and was assured by Victoria and her team that they will be able to help Pablo and I. They took their time with him, made Pablo feel comfortable in the unknown settings! They were patience with him and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help him. I was so happy to finally find someone who truly cared and could help me! This isn't your regular groomers, this is a family, I feel so welcome and so does anyone else i send. When i say the team goes above and beyond I truly mean it! Victoria has helped me find a new vet and trainer for Pablo! But wait the amount of treats toys and clothes they have makes Hound and Purr a one stop shop! Pablo goes monthly for his services and its been a year now and i truly could not be happier!! During the pandemic the team has been helping me learn how to groom from home! The curtsied pick up is super easy and i have gotten outfits, puzzles and treats. i would highly recommend. Honestly sorry this is the only place you should bring your pets ! You know they're safe and Loved!
