As the owner of Sensus Design Studio I have had the pleasure of working with Henry, Marilyn, and Michael for several years now in the capacity of contracting their structural engineering services. As a designer who sees through tens of files a year, we can always count on this team to deliver structural packages that are not over engineered and are always practical.On the other side of the table, we also see how their designs are implemented on the construction site. They are a great team to have by your side when you hit a snag in a tricky renovation because Michael will visit the site and offer very straight forward back of a napkin solutions. He will also adjust his design is different methods or materials are more convenient or readily available.Overall I would highly recommend them whether you are a homeowner or a developer!
