Does not return calls even if your car is awaiting service. When questioned about this, it was stated that the calls were being ignored.

Extremely honest and the best garage for a woman to take her vehicle. My SUV broke down and I had it towed to another garage and they told me it was the head gaskets and would cost me $2500-$3000… I called Perry Automotive and had my vehicle towed there and it was a rad hose fixed for $107.00…My partner and I wouldn’t deal with anyone else now….

Great fast service. They were willing to lan their personal vehicle so that I wouldn't be stick there waiting for my own car

My husband and I dropped off our car Monday evening after speaking with Mr. Perry the week before hand, he told me to place the key in a drop box when I arrive and write a detailed note of what’s going on. When we got to the garage after hours we could not locate a drop box so we left the key hidden in the car. Tuesday morning I called to inform Mr Perry where we had left the keys and see when to expect a call from him. To my surprise he didn’t answer the phone all day long. In the afternoon my husband drove out to his shop to check on our car which had been moved but he didn’t want to just take the car given he didn’t know if it was being worked on or not. The door said closed for the afternoon. My husband did not check the car to see if the keys were still in it as it had been moved so he assumed the mechanic would have hung them safely inside the shop given he had to close early without notifying his customers.Wednesday morning I let the mechanic have the morning then called around lunch. And received no answer once again. So my mother and I drove to the shop to find that it is open and there are customers in and out of the business. I opened the door to the shop and asked what I thought may be the owner if he were Mr Perry he said ‘I guess’ I said, oh hello I’m the owner of the chev. He says oh that thing.. I left the keys in it hoping someone would steal it. It belongs in a scrap yard. It’s way over my head. Told me the least of my concerns was the thermostat and I’d be better off crashing it. I asked him why he didn’t call me and his response was I was working. I said I’ve been calling you for 2 work days and he says and I’ve been ignoring you. I asked him what I did to deserve the way he was treating me and he said oh it must just be one of those days.Not only was the service horrible but this man was rude and unprofessional. He made me feel horrible and spoke to me as if I was dirt.I do NOT recommend.
