Very quick response to all inquiries, John took a lot of time to review and explain the details as we are new to heat pumps. He then throughly inspected our current heating system and home layout to come up with the most viable plan at the best cost. Carson arrived on time to install the equipment which took exactly the length of time they said it it would. And best of all, we noticed an immediate difference in the heat and noise and the furnace has not gone on once since the heat pump was installed. We are very happy and highly recommend Bridlewood

Bridlewood installed a new heat pump, furnace and smart thermostat. They were very knowledgeable about the system, how it worked and the most efficient way to use the new components. They were quick to give us a estimate and to install the equipment. Carson and Andrew worked hard, and had the system working quickly and with no mess or disruption. I would have no reservations on recommending them to anyone.

Amazing company and staff!

We recently had Bridlewood Mechanical install a heat pump/cooling system. From the beginning they were more than professional. They returned all phone calls almost immediately and moved quickly to get a unit for us and two other cottages and made sure they were able to install them for all 3 of us before this past long weekend (July 2023).The two young men installed everything all the while cleaning up after themselves.
