SOFF Indoor Cricket Facility

One of the better options for batting practice but it doesn’t come without issues.Price has just been raised - scheduling is a bit of a nightmare, and there is no respect from previous bookings. Balls from the machine left scattered. Carpeting slips easily which is a tripping hazard.Nice people facilitating, but with the price increase, it no longer makes sense for us.(Used the facility 5+ times)

I have known this indoor facility for over 8 years. Whether it is conventional nets or bowling machine this facility got it all. Well organized and economical.

Good place for training (baseball softball cricket etc.) However would really appreciate if people used deodorant. The smell of certain people can sometimes be off-putting. Great to see though a primarily cricket facility allowing baseball and softball players to train. This is representative of unity and multiculturalism in our community.

Great place. Fair prices. Lot of practice nets. Staff is very humble and knowledgeable.

Worst customer dealing, don’t know the language and attitude to address an issue with the customer. Paid some amount as a charity hope that helps them coach and learn some ways to respect the customers that might help them to excel in future.

After being a very long time customer of SOFF Cricket, it's unfortunate that the customer service has taken such a turn for the worst.Ranjit sir is very pleasant to deal with, but unfortunately the staff are quite unprofessional, and lack communication skills. There is no way to book a net except via Whatsapp, and the only way to make a payment is through etransfer; even though we had a net booked over 10 days early, there was no heads up until less than 24hrs prior that our booking was canceled, stating that payment was not sent right away.Really unprofessional, and not good customer service at all, especially for a long term client. We'll be taking our business elsewhere.
