Dr. Filo is an expert Chiropractor, well experienced in the Cranial Facial Technique. I had done some research with hopes of relieving my decade long sinus issues and came across the Cranial Facial Technique as one which has helped several people. The technique was mostly predominant in the US and I was ready to take a flight to give it a try, that was until I came across Dr. Filo who performs the technique locally. At my first visit I was at ease knowing I was in the hands of a professional. He explained everything thoroughly, even though I had researched most of it, it was clear Dr. Filo had done this technique many times in the past. After 4 visits I can say my sinuses have no blockage as they did before, the biggest difference I have noticed is with my breathing. I feel like I can run a marathon! Thank you Dr. Filo!

I am 38 years old; I work as a software developer. I like to stay active; I workout and train hard, I am a recreational squash payer, and I play softball too. Out of all I personally find squash is demanding on my body [training and the game itself.]I remember two years ago walking in the clinic [very skeptic because of my past experience] to see if I could find help with a nagging lower back pain. John had an open time slot and he asked me to come for an assessment later that day. He did a full assessment and explained me what the problem was. I would like to think that experience has taught me many things about my body, I have had previous treatments from another place in the past, but I thought let us give this guy a try.As they say it is not the nature of the practice, it’s the Skills and Good sense of the particular chiropractor whose hands are adjusting your back and neck that matters. I found that John’s was able to understand and diagnose my problem very well. With his experience and his excellent techniques he was able to help me to get rid of the pain that I had in my back. John is pleasant and is thorough with his service. I never felt rushed he listens, checks and then do the required treatment.The vicinity is conveniently located at finch subway station. It is very neat and clean.I go for my adjustments as and when I feel the need. I am never pressured that I have to get X number of treatments or I have to come in X number of time.I am not saying that my problem(s) do not come back but then that can be with any physical issue/illness… If you get sick and you feel the need, you go to a doctor for remedy; same applies here.RegardsG.S.

Great clinic, stuff and best alternative to the operation. Dr Filo explained everything clearly and we went with the treatment. After every single treatment I went out and could breath a little more. Until the last one when my nasal pathways opened up fully for the first time in years.I will definitely be coming back for regular routine checkups and fully recommend it to anyone suffering with breathing difficulties and constantly congested nose. Even the broken one like mine.

Hands down the best Chiro I know. I’ve been to many that keep wanting me to come back multiple times a week. I never feel fully adjusted that he way I need to be. I used to come because the convenience at work. Now that I work from home I travel 45min-1hr just to get an adjustment. Each time I feel like a new person. Always hits the spot with my lower back pinched nerve but does a full scan to make sure everything is aligned. I was today years old when I realized my knee can be adjusted. Thank you for all you do.
