I was looking for my first home. My realtor Deedar was helping me to find the right place.Deedar is a very patient listener. He understood my needs very well. He also informed me about the neighbourhood and schools.We saw many homes before buying. Deedar helped me not only to choose the perfect place but he also steered me away from some of the homes which at first glance looked good to me but they had some not so obvious to me problems.At the time of making an offer and signing all documents Deedar explained everything so I felt very comfortable signing all the required papers.I was very happy with the final price I paid. Deedar used his market knowledge and educated me what is a good value for this house and then he helped me to negotiate.He also helped to arrange home inspection and mortgage.
