Day of Divas

Never in this lifetime would our wedding have gone as smooth as it did without the help of Jessa!! My husband and I said if it got to be a few months out from the wedding and we were still feeling very overwhelmed then we would hire a day of coordinator. Needless to say, we definitely were. We also had had 3 separate people tell us the best decision they made for their wedding at The Brix was hiring Jessa at Day of Divas so that was enough to seal it for us. Any hope we had for a day of coordinator was exceeded by Jessa and her absolute attention for detail and overall care for giving my husband and I the day of our dreams. I felt such a calmness over me the whole day that I never expected to feel thanks to her and our wedding was everything it was because of her!

Day of Divas was wonderful to work with planning my wedding. Wendy was my head coordinator and did an amazing job following my vision and taking the time to make sure she knew exactly what I was wanting. She worked with me to suggest vendors when I was struggling to find places. She also worked with each vendor to make sure she knew exactly when they would show up and assisted in the coordination of times-huge stress off my shoulders as I wasn't usually available during normal business hours to make those calls. On the day of our wedding, Wendy had detailed notes and set up everything in our venue perfectly. She helped make sure my husband and I stayed hydrated and helped communicate with the DJ and caterer when there were small changes. I cannot say enough kind words about Wendy and the ladies at Day Of Divas.

My wife and I will never forget stephanie asking us from the very beginning what we wanted out of our wedding, which was to feel like a guest. She came through on her promise and guided us through our special day from start to finish, while making sure we had a drink in hand! Through her cool, calm, and collective behavior, she set the tone for what would be such a memorable day. We couldn’t recommend her enough!

I can’t recommend Day of Divas enough! Stephanie and Shannon were wonderful and made sure our special day was perfect. I was able to truly enjoy my wedding without worries because of them. If you are looking for the best and most stress-free wedding day, Day of Divas is the way to go! We hired Wendy about a year before our big day in November 2019 to be our day of coordinator. She always made herself available to answer any question that I had at any time. We were so amazed by how on top of every detail both Wendy and Jessa were, they bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect, down to the last detail. We choose to also add on the tear-down package they offer and it made for a seamless way to end our big day, we didn’t lift a finger. From coordinating all the vendors, to managing all our guests and even wrangling the bridal party they never skipped a beat. I have said it once and I will say it a million times again, my only regret was that I didn’t have them the entire planning process! Stephanie Beary of Day of Divas was an integral part of our wedding day. Her involvement started about a month prior to the event, and it helped us feel secure in knowing someone would be quarterbacking the day for us. The night of the rehearsal, we unfortunately parted ways with our officiant and didn't know what we would do. She explained how it has happened before and helped us secure plans for the replacement. The day of the wedding she was on top of everything from morning until the end of the night. We never felt like things were being neglected or wondered whether the steps were being handled. She reminded us of several things we may want, and coordinated all of the vendors to work as a unified team. She made us feel comfortable and taken care of before and during the ceremony, and throughout the cocktail hour and reception. She shielded us from the various things that vendors would normally ask the bride and groom, which allowed us to relax and just focus on enjoying the night. We could not have done our wedding without Stephanie's involvement and we couldn't be more grateful to her. Day of Divas, and Stephanie, are a must!

We hired Day of Divas day of coordination package for our wedding on August 17th. Truly the best decision I have ever made and the best money I spent on the wedding. Wendy and her team were organized and incredibly professional from the start. About a month leading up to the wedding Wendy started connecting with all of our vendors and created detailed timelines so everyone was on the same page. I always felt in great hands with Wendy. On my wedding day, it was set to rain the entire day. We made the call that the ceremony would be inside at the very last moment we could, and then 20 minutes later the skies opened up and the forecast cleared, but the venue did not want to switch back to an outdoor ceremony. Wendy single-handedly saved our wedding ceremony. She went into beast mode and made a miracle happen. I am forever grateful for her and will continue to scream her praises from the mountain tops-- she needs to be your #1 CHOICE for a wedding coordinator. I love planning and have corporate event planning experience, but I am so glad I invested in a day of coordinator because I got to enjoy my wedding day and Wendy was there to make my vision a reality. You will not regret hiring Wendy or any of the team members of Day of Divas.

Our wedding was June 1, 2018 and was absolutely perfect thanks to help of Day of Divas (Krystle and Yadi)! We had gone into our wedding planning knowing we would not be hiring a day-of coordinator but as the day grew closer, I am so glad we did! Both Krystle and Yadi were such a blessing to work with and our wedding would not have gone as smoothly and stress-free without their help.Hiring Day of Divas will without-a-doubt be the best money spent on your wedding. I love that I am able to look back on our special day and have zero complaints or concerns because Krystle and Yadi took care of anything that came up. Day of Divas was not only pleasant to work with in planning our schedule, but they also checked in on us throughout the day, helped ease any day-of jitters and truly helped make the experience a complete fairytale. We couldn't be happier with their service and cannot thank them enough!

Hands down the BEST thing I did for my daughters wedding was to hire Day of Divas! The best investment you can have for your wedding day! We had Jessa as our coordinator and she literally took care of EVERYTHING!! Stephanie was there as well to help at the venue. These two took all my worries away! I didn’t have to worry or stress and I was able to fully enjoy my last daughter getting married! You truly don’t realize how much they do from dealing with vendors, venue, hotel shuttles, timelines, set up/tear down, etc. AMAZING!! My daughter didn’t understand at first why I hired a coordinator, and she quickly figured out why! Jessa and Stephanie, you two were such a great team and Thank you is not enough to say for all you did. Anything I needed, you did. Any questions I had, you answered. You were so on top of everything the whole night and we are so indebted to you!! Seriously, if anyone is on the fence about hiring Wendy and her team, DO IT!! It’s the best money I spent on the wedding!!! NOT EVEN KIDDING!! Thank you so much Divas!! You are worth your weight in gold!

I honestly don't know what I would have done without Jessa and her team!!! I brought on Day of Divas only a few months before our wedding (really thought I could do it all myself) and it was seriously one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Jessa provided amazing counsel throughout the planning process and was invaluable day of -- helping to work through a few kinks and making sure the day ran incredibly smoothly. Her team also helped me carry an umbrella when it started to rain during our first look, brought us appetizers when we were rushing to take post-ceremony family photos and brought us drinks when we didn't have time to get them ourselves. I can't recommend Day of Divas enough and know our day wouldn't have gone NEARLY as well without them!
