I had a fantastic experience here. Bodafide sales was helpful, and in my opinion went above and beyond in the service he provided. they help me to find my dream car mercedes G wagon , so excited , i very emjoy my g63 amg !!! I was very impressed with this company, I will and have recommended this company to friends and family as somewhere to buy a vehicle.

Terrible Terrible place to do any business. I had a truck shipped to me from them upon receiving the truck the windshield was cracked the mirror was cracked not all the tires matched the truck had ZERO brakes didn't run good. This was all stuff they insured they had checked and everything worked properly. Truck also had clearly been repainted and yet they told me it was never painted. Called them and was given the run around for 3 weeks before Deryk finally told me that he lied and they were not going to send me a check to help for repair costs because the owner changed his mind. They are terrible people to do business with.

I will be highly recommending to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle. Everyone at the dealership made sure I was taken care of.I have been looking for my dream car GT3 RS for a couple of months before I finally walked into Bodafide Auto. I'm an EXTREMELY cautious person having been scammed a few times in my younger years by the industry. These guys came highly praised and regarded by not one but two different extremely professional and top notch businessman in the field I have had the pleasure of meeting over the years. This was about all the proof I needed I was safe making a big deal with them but still decided to dig a little bit. I was a little concerned with a collection of negative reviews I read on here but my colleagues assured me to not be swayed by these. While ironing out details in person and at the risk of ruining the very wonderful vibe and flow of the meeting I did ask about the negative reviews hoping to not upset them but also scratch my curious itch.Sure glad I did as they were easily able to demonstrate how a vindictive ex employee and competitor were responsible for a good chunk of the negative feedback.Our deal is finalized and I couldn't be happier. Its a bloody shame anyone with a cell phone can so easily defame a business for their own personal agenda, Google really should look into these things a bit more moving forward as their review platform can have such a large impact on a businesses ability to grow and scale in line with their actual quality of service!

They shipped me a nice looking 2010 Camaro with only 17K miles and told me many times that it was a perfect vehicle. When it got here it had a rear end noise which turned out to be a $2,000 repair as the rear end had to be rebuilt. Once I told Jarrett about the problem and the repair costs he and his team refused to help. The car is beautiful but I am out additional $2000 and they will not stand behind it. In my opinion, any dealership can miss a problem when they sell a vehicle. However, how they handle the problem after the sale is truly what reveals the character of the people at that dealership. Beware buyers, they refused to help me and now don't even answer or return my calls.

They are awesome!!! Very friendly staff, I was stuck on the side of the road with a tow strap stuck in my tire and one of their staff saw me and helped me out and fixed my tire for an amazing price. I highly recommend this place for any of the services they offer.

Bodafide Auto is a wholesale vehicle dealer. It is not open to rhe public, although under special circumstances, they may help procure a special order. But there is no showroom or other pubkic facilities on-site. They do however, buy and sell quality merchandise.

I wish I could share the details of my experience except I haven't had an experience. Sent them three messages regarding a truck and I did not hear back from them. If you're going to use technology to try to drive your sales you really need to be aware of your customers responses on the internet. Wish I could have done a deal but I've already purchased the truck bye-bye

Beware of this company as they will change the delivery and payment terms after you confirm the car and give deposit. I faced such issue recently. V unprofessional. Think twice before u confirm!
