Paid over $160 for these Merrell shoes on January, 16. 2021. Not even 7 month old and the treads are falling off. Only used at work where I just stand in one place all day. Called and they just said that the Warranty expired and they can't do anything.

This Sport Chek is located at the Regent Mall. It has good variety of stuffs. But it can be tricky to get some specific or brands.Solution is that you order online and pick up in store to avoid shopping fee. Online orders can be returned in store too.There are limited staffs. So, if you happen to be there during busy hours. It will be hard to get someone to help you. However, there are always solution to this.

Was there yesterday to buy shoes as a present and feller named Connor was really helpful. He really knew which shoes fit in smaller/bigger sizes. He was welcoming and open to give suggestions and options for what i was looking for.If you live in Fredericton, this is the place you wanna come to buy shoes or other sports stuff (obviously) and ask for Connor if you want best service

Had the product I wanted listed, price was listed wrong but rang in correctly. Staff were helpful initially with my boots, then they left before I was done and I had to wait for them to go back to their counter to get another size. Other than that it was great!

Sizable store with adequate stocks. Only disappointed with the Gaiam Balance Ball quality, burst on a thin spot after not too long a use. Not their fault anyway.

I typically have good overall experiences at this store, but I was very impressed by one of the staff members service when I inquired about running shoes the other day. Took their time to answer all my questions, didn’t make me feel stupid for asking a lot of questions, seemed knowledgeable, and were very helpful. The only thing is sometimes the lines get a little out of control, and there is only 2 cashiers available at any time, so sometimes the line deters me from buying things when you see how long it is.

Tried two times today to buy ice skates. First time I waited 10 minutes couldn’t find any employee to grab my size so I left. Came back an hour later. Still no staff. Asked employees in adjoining department to page an employee. No one came. Time for Sport Chek to hire more staff and pay them more than the bare minimum.

Didn't have what I was looking for, but has some very friendly employees, their was one young man who was very friendly and quite funny.The store was easy to navigate and had lots of sports products, but I noticed a severe lack in men's and woman's shoes.
