On my second Covertech poolCover. The first lasted 15 yrs. Returned the old cover and the new one was ready within weeks. The cover went on and looks fantastic. Another decade of safety ahead. Covertech is easy to work with and very responsive.

Beware of the warranties. They will immediately say it is chemical problems without testing to get out of warranty. Had a solar blanket 2 and a half years of a 6 year warranty. All the bubbles started breaking on on only one fifth of the blanket. Claimed chemical problems yet the rest of the blanket was perfect. Offered new one but gave the same price as you can buy it from a distributor, actually higher than a couple. Very disappointing service. Look elsewhere for your products.

Covertech has always done right by me and my customers. I habe been installing covers and liners for 16 years. Quality tough made products with knowledgable staff and quick turn around. Ive been ask many times to switch and never have and never would.

BEWARE of this company! I run a pool services company and we used to use Covertech as a vendor for solar blankets and winter covers. In my opinion, this is a very poorly managed company from the top down. We've found some of their products to be of very POOR QUALITY, sometimes failing after only one season of use. In our experience, they do not stand behind their products and have failed to honour their warranties with us on multiple occasions. Communication is very slow, and one gets the impression that nobody there knows what is going on as evidenced by numerous sloppy mistakes on their part. We have stopped dealing with this firm and would recommend that others do the same.

Stay away! Had a 6 year solor blanket that was defective was told it would be replaced and told to throw it away, it was replaced, it had the same issues, I contacted Henri, (which I found out was the owner as per customer service) and told him it had the same issues! He told me to send it back meanwhile the the blanket came from Costco (had purchased the original from Discount Pools, ?) Asked him to pick up the Costco one and replace it with one from his warehouse, no response, now I have been with out a blanket all summer!! Ok, so much for the Warrenty, last email stating how disappointed with the way this has been handled especially now that I found out he is the owner!!This has been on going since I opened the pool in May, now end of August.People look elsewhere!

Stay away from this product. Our 6 year guaranteed solar blanket fell apart after 2 years. Bubbles are flaking off making it totally unusable. When attempting to get a replacement for this item, we were told the only covered risk was the seams falling apart and bubbles peeling off is attributable to chlorine usage, therefore not covered. How absurd is that? They added insult to injury offering 40% discount on our next purchase at their current price. No bargain at all and more expensive than what you will find elsewhere. These people don’t deserve your money. Stay away!

My last 6 year cover lasted exactly that. 6 years. (18 X 36 foot pool) Like any piece of equipment you need to treat it properly. Balance your water correctly and protect it from the sun when it's stored and not on the pool surface. Just replaced it with a 4 year cover because of the great price. I'm sure I'll get 4 years out of it.

Covertech has been a great supplier to us for many years. The covers are made well and our clients are very happy with their products.

Covertech came through for us in the best way possible! Staff was extremely helpful and sympathetic with our situation, they did a great job on our liner and cover and we couldn’t be happier. Amazing products, service and staff. We were so happy with our purchase that our neighbour and brother in law used them as well! Thank you Covertech for a job well done.

Good service and the custom ordered cover fit the existing anchors in the coping very well.
