They sell summer memberships then change the hours to absolute garbage hours. Planet fitness might be better tbh

A great place to go for a workout. They also have several other stores to help accommodate one's needs. Including a Pharmacy and Tim Hortons.

Customer service staff are rude and don’t really want to help guests or students. They started making up rules that required me to pay more money or give a donation for services that are free or included or provided already. And this is after I gave them a box of Timbits and muffins as a gift. Also the facility is often gross and not cleaned. Maintenance staff will do anything to avoid their job.

Facility itself is very solid, but everything is always broken and Queen's doesn't seem to care about fixing it. Due to this, as well as the huge number of students it's not uncommon to have to wait 30 minutes to use a given piece of equipment (get more leg presses, I'm begging).

Came in to watch the varsity volleyball games. Facility is big, bright, clean, and easy to access. Sight lines are good and the seating is very reasonable. Only issue is parking on a busy weekend, but that isnt anything new or unusual, but do come prepared to walk a little as you approach the facility. Ticket prices were also very reasonable and the level of entertainment was excellent. Thanks for the great visit.

Convenient for me. Parkin in street ok free until 10 am. Lots of equipment and the day gym roll/locker thing is fantastic. Building is in bad need of cleaning (esp. gym floors, push-ups yuck).

equipment will be broken or unavailable for days and sometimes weeks at a time despite how busy it gets with the students during fall and winter. Summer hours are a joke, closes at 6pm on fridays and saturdays hahahahaha

I love the group fitness lessons ! The instructors are motivating and dynamic. The pilates and yoga classes are especially fun.Although, we are way too many people in a class and don’t have much space. It would be nice if more classes were opened.

Spacious and a variety of equipment but it's lacking in some areas. Main issues are that a lot of handles are really rusted. Some machines show a lot of wear and need to be replaced with newer ones. Certain exercises only have one machine for it (only one calf raise machine in the whole gym). There should be some gym equipment such as straps or belts that can be borrowed.EDIT: This gym has broken machines/cables WAY TOO OFTEN. The admin need to bring in newer replacements asap

Always busy. It's probably the busiest place on campus. The only time I've been there and it wasn't crazy busy was at like 8:30-9:30pm on a Tuesday night. But it has everything. There is food, a massive gym with every kind of equipment, ping ping, tables, squash rooms, other types of closed off rooms, a pool, and more. And if you don't have what you need to play one of the sports, at Lower Level 2 (LL2), you can sign out equipment. I've only ever signed out ping pong stuff, completely free. I just needed my student card.
