Very big lake. Lots of opportunities for swimming, canoeing, kayaking, boating, etc.. although a little muddy for my liking. Heard that there used to be a highway here back in the day. I imagine it would be a great place to ice skate during the winter.

My house was destroyed by the failure of the barrowtown pump station in this zombie lake reclaiming it's previous territory, overall I highly reccomend this lake as a family friendly getaway destination when the highways are back to appease it so it doesnt come for me and my family any more.

Nature has reclaimed this lake and castle fun park is now water front to the lake and are planning in putting in a large water park! Great lake great to visit!

You wouldn't believe all the waste farm equipment people leave in this lake! I wish we could get it cleaned out so it can return as a beautiful vacation spot :(

Finally, we get an Aral Sea, sort of. The Aral Sea was drained in order to benefit farming so we followed suit and drained Sumas Lake.

Great beach, perfect for swimming, kayaking, etc. Only issue is the difficulty of access, seems like only locals can use it.

A large lake just on highway one, with an RV park that doubles as a fire pit. very scenic with views of Vedder Mountain, and canoe access to castle fun park.

Went snorkeling and got to observe the native cows and chickens who've adapted to lake life - great place!
