This is a pretty cool concept, a sake distillery in the distillery district. We tried the tasting flight and a cocktail. We found some gems. We were in exploration mode and didn’t want to carry heavy bottles around, but it’s definitely worth visiting again. I’d take some bottles home next time as well.

Lovely place to come visit. Service is nice, and has a bathroom. I didn't realize they did tours, we came during the Christmas Market. Tried a sampling of all the sakes and they ranged quite a bit in flavour. Would def come again.

Andrea was our tour guide and it was an AMAZING time. He was passionate about the sake and was happy to answer all of our questions. He served us and coached us through the tasting and met us on our level. We are all wine drinkers and so tutored us through the notes how we were used to - but while also challenging us and really leaning into how enjoyable the sake was. We can’t wait to go back, try some more, and bring a few bottles back home with is!

Stopped in for a tasting flight of 7 of their sakes. It’s a great experience although would have loved to learn more about each sake from the server rather than reading a small description that came with the flight for a more intimate experience.It was fairly busy so I can’t blame the staff for that. The tasting bar is very small so if you’re lucky to squeeze into a spot on a busy weekend night during the Christmas market consider it a rare gift!

The tour is very interesting, talking through the process and the impact of environmental factors are on the process. We enjoyed tasting a variety of Sake and the staff are great. Well worth it for a first timer or experienced Sake drinker.

Authentic sake brewery in the heart of the Distillery District. There’s a cozy little bar with a knowledgeable sake bartender which adds to the experience. We tried a 3 sake sampler and enjoyed it. If you miss an opportunity for a tour, there are labeled photographs that explain the sake making process.

I really recommend the sake tour! Though you can’t go inside the area where they make the actual sake they showcase all the different steps and where the vats are. It was really informative and you get to try quite a few different types of sake. The guy who did our tour was very knowledgable and the people involved in the brewing process seem very passionate.Love the place and of course their sake! Highly recommend!

We arrived late for the tour, so we did a (unguided) tasting instead. They were sold out of the 7-flight, so we ordered the 3-flight. While it was tasty, we didn't like anything enough to buy a bottle. I wish we could have done the 7, I'm sure I would have found one to take home!The store is tiny inside, so we opted to sit on the spacious patio. That was lovely.

They offer flights (3 or 7) and take the time to explain each sake. 10/10 would recommend a visit. They have tours every Sunday I believe.
