The only Tim Horton's in New Castle. Line up outside for drive-thru is always super long, but goes quickly. Inside service is fairly slow, with not much sense of urgency - very relaxed. Overall they do a good job.Thank you

The worst Tim Hortons location I’ve ever been to. They’ve gotten my order wrong on multiple occasions, their food and hot beverages have been cold on multiple occasions, they’ve messed up lattes and coffee before and occasionally the lettuce they put on their sandwiches and wraps that I’ve received has been rotten and disgusting. The service is also very slow. If you want to go to Tim Hortons, don’t go to this location, please save yourself the money, time, and headache and drive to another location.

Ok so my wife decided to go to this Tim’s and get some Tim Bits and ordered a 20 pack with 10 sour cream glazed and 10 chocolate glazed…. Simple order right!!… She was given 8 glazed mixed something and the rest were just what they had left in the store and a couple plain with nothing but the taste of the deep fry oil… not sure what happened, but we called the the store and spoke to a Supervisor and he advised us to return to the store so they could rectify the error. We agreed and my wife returned to the store on the following day and advised the fellow that we were there to replace an order that was in error, and he seemed to acknowledged the error from the night previous, was very gracious to provide us with what we originally ordered… so when we got home, the order was messed up worse than the original night previous??? Not sure what is going on at this place? Maybe my bad… should have gone to food land for some doughnuts! Can’t even be bothered to return and complain again…..

Filthy floors, dusty behind the service counter, junk and dirt on the floor, employee talking so fast couldn't understand. Customer wrote the word dirt in the dust with their finger behind the counter.

I have been to this location a few times and I always leave disappointed. I will never go to this location again. This time, I was left waiting for over 15 minutes in the drive through. I ordered a large iced coffee and while receiving it the lid popped off and the coffee spilled on myself and my car interior. I was not provided with napkins, and the two staff at the window didn't even greet me, see it spill or thank me (let alone a thank you for waiting would have been nice). I hope the service gets better for others' sake. It seems to be a busy location.

Horrible service. No respect. All this tim Hortons cares about is polluted the environment through the drive throughNo respect for the people who walk inLeft before ordering after blantly being ignored in order for front counter staff to complete drive through orders. Will never go back

Went in at 910 pm after work to get a steak bowl. Was told they already started cleaning so they couldn't make any hot food.very upsetting. No dining

Went there the 19th around 7:46 pm and there was 5-6 teens talking with one of there friends working she ask them 4 times to move they move then we ordered 2 extra large teas one steeped tea 2 milk 1 sugar the other one was a chai tea and there was only one tea bag when there's supposed to be two and my tea was not and XL it was a large tried to get her attention to tell her that she made a little mistake.but girl working that was serving us was more preoccupied with her gang of friends that were loud and obnoxious then actually doing her job. We also overheard a male employee wearing all-black believe his name was Sean confess to 3 other workers on up charging drive-through people for certain things he didn't disclose on exactly what he was up charging people on and said he did not care and he will still be doing it no one there was wearing name tags. Never in my life have been given service this terrible. Will never be returning done supporting a Tim Hortons that have staff like this highly recommend going elsewhereWill be attaching a picture the girl I'm talking about that was more preoccupied with her little gang of friends being ather workplace is on the left hand corner in her face is turned and you will see her little gang friends at the front. Sadly you can't see the gentleman that's wearing all black

The customer service this location offers needs to be addressed. It is some of the worst I have ever seen or been served by. I have frequented this location often for 15+ years and after the last 10+ visits in recent months of not being greeted with a smile, not one employee offers even a hello, no your total is how would you like to pay" I can't remember in my last 2 handfuls of visits one of good experience at this location. Today being the 4th time in a row the same 2 employees didn't say a single word to me upon arrival at your drive thru window

If I could give them a zero I would. The food is disgusting and looks like they are a day old. The customer service is awful and treat you with no manners. They consistently get my orders wrong every time and when you ask for the proper order, they give me attitude.
