One star is a bit of a stretch. If I could select a negative star rating I would.This dealership is a complete joke!My experience with this company is nothing short of a comedic / horror story. Keep reading if you want a laugh...I took my Sea-doo Spark to them to check to see if a sensor had failed. They called me up and told me that my Spark, which had five hours on it, needed a new engine!When I arrived to pick the Spark up and take it back, it did not have an engine in it!Not only that, but they were not able to find the engine!Imagine taking your car in for an oil change and the dealership removes your engine because the oil level was low...Eventually, they did find the motor and I took the Spark and a box full of parts home...Now, half a year later, they are trying to charge me $1000.00 for labour???I asked them to check a sensor and they completely disassembled the motor... Now they want me to pay for their labour?Seriously, how is this company in business?

Very knowledgeable and welcoming staff all around. Have bought parts and some machines from them over the years and treat me very well.

I ordered a rim for my kids quad from Graham, he was great, said he would swap out the rubber when we brought in the old one no problem. Had my dad go pick up the new rim and have the rubber swapped, he hit an accident on the way to the store so he showed up 5 mins before closing he talked to the service manager, service manager complained about it being hot and not going to be able to get it done today, Graham grabbed the rim and swapped it out in five mins... Graham is awesome..... Service manager sucks...... Lazy people are ruining the service... Argghhh!..... Thx Graham!

I truly struggle to provide even a 1 star, as I am disappointed with the outcome of Powersports in Regina.I dropped off my Pontoon Boat Oct. 2022 to repair a leaking hydraulic hose on the Sea Legs and fix the tilt switch. They were informed which hose was leaking when I dropped it off. The service department did not deal with the hose replacement or resolve the issue from the time I dropped it off and well into May 2023. I again contacted them on the status of the repair and they said the mechanic that dealt with Sea Legs had moved on. I was informed that they would now send it to a sister repair shop" located in Fort Qu'Appelle but this never did occur. I again called Powersports regarding the status of the service and found they did not return phone calls even though they said someone would call me back. This occurred 7 different times and we found this to be extremely frustrating and very poor customer service.I ultimately got so frustrated that I picked up the boat from the facility

Recently made a purchase. Our sales person Johran was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. A pleasure to do business with.

Poor customer service. Refused to give me any part numbers for my motorcycle just so I have to go through the store and buy through them. He said he “would not give any part numbers and/or titles so I can rob the company and find cheaper parts on my own”

Took my 2021 Spark Trixx for warranty work, they split the hull to fix the issue and put it back together incorrectly which resulted in kinked seals, stripped bolts and plastic not lined up properly. when i called them back about it they said they can’t help me because they can’t prove that it was them who split the hull. Very dissatisfied.

Awesome sales and service team! Even being in BC they are still able to get me parts I need to stay on the Mountain.

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, and cost of repairs was below what I expected. Outstanding place !!
