Never been impressed with this dealer. Have stood around on several occasions waiting to be helped, and their sales staff never even looked at me. And this was when I was very seriously in the market for a new bike! Their saving grace is that they often have a good fleet of demo models to test ride, which is unusual.

Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable sale staff makes looking for your ride a nice experience. The service department also extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I've had my bike in the shop numerous times and have a few pending jobs as well as i'm constantly adding my own touch. The down side is the care that is placed on your bike while in the shop. The head gaskets needed to be replaced under warranty. The job was done, but I needed to go back because the bike was still leaking oil albeit from another gasket (still covered by warranty).whatever happened, the oil wasn't noticed because they didnt ensure everything looked good and they returned the bike to me not cleaned, they were so busy they ran out of time. That was the case as well when I went to pick up my bike initially when i bought it. Both times I said no problem.I got back a dirty bike with the key cover broken that fell off when I tried to insert the key. No one noticed this at all? Again the easy answer was no problem and they in turn replaced it after the part arrived. At the same time I had my brakes done. I still have oil spray on my bike at this time because the second gasket job proved unsuccessful. The key cover was replaced and the brakes done but not the gasket because there was no time. I picked up my bike dirty because they just didn't have time to clean it , it's super busy. I said no problem. when I parked the bike at home I noticed a 1 inch gouge in the Triumph emblem. So now I'm just waiting for new exhaust that will come in any day ( It's coming up two months and three re-scheduled service appointments) and to have new tires installed as well as the cover gasket replaced. I also asked if they could clean the wheels while installing the new tires.Let me make sure you understand that in no way am I laying any blame on these guys for the unbelievably ridiculous wait time for the exhaust. It's just at that point where this is now not such a great experience any more. I don't feel my loyalty to this business is valued much. I think there are a few improvements needed in the finished result and the after care of the bike. If the bike cleaning is not feasable or consistant, don't offer the service.Customer satisfaction should be more than the minimum expectation considering the shop rates we pay (although it is comparable in that market ). I've easily spent over three grand in the last year alone.....I obviously value my bike...take care of it! For most of us, we take great care and or pride in our bikes and so why can't our mechanics? I realize it was the message today that the exhaust was once again expected later than sooner, but it just brought to light all the other nuisances. Venting is calming when youre writing it out lol. This in no way is to discourage you from visiting Western power sports, because you'd be missing out from a really good option in your decision to buy a bike.
