I hit a pothole in the dark which completely ruptured my tire. In a panic I asked CAA to drop me off on the street outside Nelson Garage (since I usually frequent the garage across the street). The following morning, I spoke with Kevin over the phone, even before they opened. Without any kind of an appointment, Kevin helped me out in a flash and swapped all 4 of my tires with a 1 day turnaround!! What started off as a nightmare, resulted in a really positive discovery. On top of that the pricing was extremely reasonable and they have a great location. Thank you for the great service team!

The guy on the front desk was very nice. I asked if they do same-day service for brakes and they just told me to come in. After giving my car information, they brought the brake rotors and brake pads right away, and I was told it would be done within 2 hours. After walking for around 15 minutes, I came back to the store and it was already done. new brakes and new brake pads in under 30 minutes. I'd go to them for any car service if I was near Montreal. I also wanted to say thanks to the two guys who did my brakes, and especially the black guy (didn't get his name). I appreciate it. Thank you everyone,
