If I could rate this place 0 stars i would.The spa is located on a street where you can rarely find any close parking. The spa is pretty small and always short on staff. The owner's name is Paula. She is, by far, the worst owner I've ever met. I payed for a full body lazer treatment (1 year unlimited sessions). On my first session, it was the owner who did the lazer on me and I was in so much pain and when I told her she didn't care and just wanted to end my session the fastest she can so she can go to the next client. During that session, she had multiple phone calls which she replied to all of them. Very unprofessional especially knowing that she's the owner of the spa.Last week I booked an appointment with her for today at 1 pm. It takes me 1 hour to get there by car since I live in the West Island. When I arrived, the owner was the only staff there and she looked at me and asked: did you have an appointment? I didn't know, I must've forgot to write it in my agenda. I wasn't mad but I was very disappointed because when I told her it took me an hour she offered me to wait an hour so she can finish with her client. I had other things to do so I couldn't. I had told the owner that I'm quite disappointed of her service because it wasn't the first time this happened and she directly put the blame on me. As soon as she said that, I asked her to refund me my sessions that are left and she automatically refused and walked away to her client. She also started screaming at me in front of her client saying that I'm absolutely out of my mind for a refund and that she has the best service.If I could've bring this lady with poor service to court, I would've but I know I don't stand a chance because the bill she gave me a few months back does not have my full name written on it nor the amount. SO BEWARE OF YOUR RECEIPTS. I learned a lesson there.I've never met an owner that careless of her clients. Honestly, I DO NOT recommend this spa to anyone! I'm sure there are many spas who offer way better service than this one.

I always come for manicure and pedicure shellac. Never disappointed! Love the service and the staff are great and so friendly! They provide also a lot of services. Paula is the owner she will be there to help you and assist you with anything. Everything you need laser, wax and facials and many more. I totally suggest this place. ❤️

I have been going to Paula’s Spa for years now and I will never ever go to any other spa for any services. Paula’s spa has been taking care of all my needs, from manicures, pedicures, waxes to laser. I have always been so satisfied. I am able to pamper myself at very affordable prices. I am currently doing laser treatment at her spa (she has amazing deals) and I have seen the change after a few sessions. Thank you my dear Paula for your lovely smile and your beautiful service!

The owner (Paula) always does my eyebrows the best. She will shape ur eyebrows to make them look amazing. And I did a laser removal treatment, and I saw a difference after just one session !! She’s really nice

Spa Paula is a clean and welcoming place. I paid for a full body hair removal for a very good price. This is my second visit and I already see some changes. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. I even told my mom to do full body and she also thinks that it's worth it! Paula is very nice and patiente. I promise you will get a treatment worth your money!
