Really welcoming community. If your looking for a new cottage or looking for an RV lot this place is perfect for individuals or families. Fun times in the winter or summer as it’s a 4 season resort

Hard to really know as Gate locked so cant drive in but walked in short distance . It is high on the ridge so doesnt seem like easy or any lake access from the north entrance or homes on that area. Resevoir looks like a pretty bleak shoreline. No trees. No beach. Will see what summer holds

With the amazing neighbors, we have enjoyed plenty of lake time and just had our Halloween in August event. Super fun!

Great facilities! The community centre is massive, with a huge reception hall, foosball, air hockey, billiards and a separate adults only section with a bar and dart board.There's an outdoor pool AND an indoor pool with hot tub.Baseball diamond, basketball court, tennis court, horseshoes. This place has it all. And a quick jaunt down to the lake caps it all off. Can't wait to go back!

Don't go here. It is a very unwelcoming community. There is a locked gate with a tire ripper on one side. The message - you are not welcome here, this is our own little private club. This is not the way people in Southern Alberta behave - obviously snobby city people live there!

No bathrooms for the campground after 9 until 9 next morning unacceptable

Well maintained facility and general property, I agree with another rating on opening the damn indoor pool already!Lake is great, not to cold, clean water for swimming and tubing, fishing, boating with lots of space. Would be fun to have a mountain bike hilly racetrack.

I was there March 27, perfect timing to see a migration of snow geese arrive to the lake. It was incredible, hundreds of thousands of birds meeting each other, the noise level was almost deafening.

This is a gated community….. that’s not a negative people! It is a WONDERFUL place to own a cottage. Everyone is so friendly and watches out for each other. I feel completely safe letting my kids run around. The beach is lovely, sand and trees….. great spot to chill on a hot summer day. The community association plans lots of events and opportunities to connect. Shannon Schurman is a wonderful real estate agent, highly recommend, very knowledgable about the area. The grounds are well kept. The pools are always clean. Everything is well maintained and taken care of. Having a place out here is truly a dream come true. It’s exactly 80 minutes from our house in SE Calgary. Vulcan is only 20 minutes away if you need groceries or to go to the library.

Great experience. Pool was amazing. Views are incredibly beautiful.
