My 55 Smart TV suddenly became dumb- no picture

This company came and took my tv on July 2 2019 and said they would have it ready by Thursday of the same week. When a week had passed I called and asked about my tv. The man said it would be ready tomorrow and he'd bring it back. When he brought it back, he showed me that the menu was no longer popping up and staying on the screen. He then noticed that the red power light was constantly flickering and said it wasn't fixed properly and that he needed to take it back. That was July 13th.I never got any updates after that. I had to be the one calling or text to find out the status of my tv. Everytime I called I was told he needed a few more days. Finally on August 4th I texted and said if you cannot repair my tv I'll come and pick it up. He said to give him until Wednesday August 7th and if he couldn't fix it he'd return it. What do you think happened on Wednesday? No call. August 8th I told him I'd be coming to get my tv the next day he said okay. I asked if it was fixed he said no.I went to pick up my tv on the 9th. He happily put it in my car. When I get home with it I see that the caps to cover/seal the usb ports at the back right side of the TV are missing, so parts of the circuit boards are exposed. I texted him asking about it, no response. Not only that. My tv doesn't work at all. When plugged in the red power light is permanently on and my tv won't turn on. I was better off watching it with the big menu stuck on the screen.Lesson learned. I'd rather pay for quality service that cheap service because this customer service sucked. Provide the same quick response and updates with all customers whether you can fix their TVs or not. And be HONEST. If you messed up my tv worse than it was tell the truth. This man had my tv for 5 weeks and 2 days and returned it to me worse than I gave it to him.
