Spotless Dry Cleaners

Generally ok. But for the amount of money I pay them regularly it would be great if they could avoid breaking buttons on my blazers and my husband's dress shirts. Not great at stain removal either. Seriously thinking of going elsewhere.

I brought my 3 year old black Canada Goose jacket in for dry cleaning and was assured that they would do a fantastic job. What a big mistake!Immediately after getting the jacket it still smelt like heavy dry cleaning fluid and this was still lingering for almost 2 weeks. The jacket also didn't look as clean as you'd expect. The girl at the counter Cassie expected me to pay the full-price of $73 however after refusing she called the GM Wayne Connor and after about 10 mins of the unnecessary back-and-forth knocked the price down to $25. I shouldn't have paid these guys a penny and instead they should have paid me for the poor quality and damage they caused.After a week I spoke with the GM Wayne Connor directly and he assured me that they clean thousands of Canada Goose jackets and described the process (dry cleaning, hanging to dry, fluffing the feathers, etc.) He said he's never heard of a jacket still smelling after a week and claimed the smell usually goes away before reaching the client. He told me to wait another week and call him back. After a week the smell was still lingering a bit and when speaking with him a second time he said they never had issues before and although not calling me a liar claimed they always do a fantastic job and treat all Canada Goose jackets with great care. I also mentioned there is slight fading on one arm that wasn’t there previously along with the jacket not feeling as warm. The jacket is meant to handle up to -20 degrees however it now feels less warm in -5 degrees. I offered to meet him to personally view my jacket and therefore understand my concern and he claimed he “already gave me a huge $50 discount” and “that he’s done all he could do”. When I told him that $50 discount does not make-up for the damage they caused my jacket he claimed he’s not going to replace my jacket. I told him I wasn’t looking for a replacement however they should be held accountable for the damage that was caused. He then claimed “we’re going around in circles and that’s all he’s not willing to help me further before hanging-up the phone! What great customer service!A great business practices great customer service from upper management down. If this GM Wayne Connor hangs-up the phone on a client whose expensive jacket they damaged they clearly do not care about the customer nor take responsibility for their actions. The fact he treated a customer like this just two days before Christmas displays even further his/their lack of empathy and customer service.

Very bad service different pricing every time and i went to pick up on time they provide me and the clothes not ready

Almost all supermarkets in Oakville have laundry and dry cleaning services. This dry cleaning shop is situated in Metro, a busy supermarket on Oakville near a busy intersection, upper middle road and 8 the liner. That is why this place is convenient to its customers

Used to be good when we used the location at Prince Michael. This Metro location has been quite terrible. Been using them for years. Lost several items and they refused to take responsibility. We were also given other people's dry cleaning. Damaged items. Have been waiting for months for a resolution. Cleaning is just ok. Lots of broken buttons that are never replaced.

I will always go there and they are very reasonable with their prices.

Amazing cleaning every time, owner is also very nice.

Have been cleaning at Metro Spotless location for years and have no complaints. Always clean for free if you have a problem.

Very professional! Clothes always comes back clean and well ironed. If you are not happy they will re-do it. Thats the way it should be. I have had several jackets cleaned here and I have been happy with every single one of them. Keep up the great work!
