Well the staff was friendly.. but lazy would be an understatement in describing the mechanics!! I took my car in a few days ago to have a clunking noise in the steering diagnosed, was told it was the upper strut bearing.. now here I sit in an intersection waiting for a tow truck because my inner tierod failed.. good thing I wasn't doing 100 on the highway when it let go.. great diagnosis ford!! Keep up the great work!!

They put the wrong type of tires on our vehicle and will not admit their mistake nor replace our tires. The load rating is wrong and dangerous as our vehicle requires tires to be filled to a psi of almost double what the tires we were given are rated for. The dealership is claiming that they told us they were giving us the wrong tires and that we told them we were just going to get new tires once we got back to our home town anyways. That is not what happened and we would never agree to purchase the wrong tires only to drive them 700km and replace them with another new set of tires, we are low income and do not just spend 400$/700km on tires, completely ridiculous and we should be given the proper tires in exchange for these ones! We now have to go through Ford Canada to try and get this resolved as the manager would not provide us with service.The manager says we should just continue to use these tires meanwhile our local Ford dealership recommends that we do not, sale with a local independently owned tire shop.

Have had great experiences with both the sales department and the service department in the past few weeks. Gave me a very fair deal on my trade-in when I bought a new Ranger XLT. Service department then was quick and professional when I came in to get some minor adjustments. Top notch all around.

We stopped here while on a roadtrip across Alberta and BC because our power steering was making noises and the fluid was low. Corey filled the fluid back up, took it for a test drive and looked everything over for leaks. He gave us a jug of fluid at no charge and got us back on our way. The service was very prompt and we were so grateful for the help!! Thanks a million!

I've never been a fan of castle ford and had many issues over the years. I will publicly say the only reason I've changed my rating from a 1 star review to a 5 star is Kevin Olsen. Kevin is one of the best service guys I've met and makes sure you are satisfied 100% before you leave. I can't say I've dealt with a more kind and straight up guy. In my opinion Kevin keeps castle ford running and as long as he works there I will be bringing my trucks in to have serviced.Have a great year Kevin and thanks for the excellent job on the lift and tires!

Absolutely useless service department, took my vehicle in to get the brakes and wheel bearings done last summer - it took 3 weeks for them to get it figured out, in the process, they put it back together with non-spec fasteners which they assured me was perfectly ok - it wasn't, I was stranded in the middle of nowhere with loose brake parts rattling around in my rim - take your vehicle somewhere else for service and avoid the castle ford headache.

I had purchased a tremor F350 and was from out of province. Clayton had even came in on off hours to allow me to see the vehicle and take it for a drive. Corey from finance had also made the whole process very painless. Thanks guys!
