Michael Carter is a great Lawyer. He has the patience and the integrity to handle any case. He is innovative and on point. In my case opposing counsel were not agreeing to a reasonable trial date. Michael advises to serve them with the a Notice Of Trial with a date of our choice and let them set a Case Planing Conference to argue the date. And it worked!
