Medigas (Non-Retail Location)

I ways travelling west on Dundas toward Bronte Rd at 1:10. Your van driver doesn't seem aware that he needs to stop and wait till there's room for him to get over and he can't just pull into a full lane of traffic. It's not the bazaar in India where you just push your way in. He would've been at fault.

Unbelieveable unprofessional organization with the most ignorant service providers. I will never deal with them again.

Prices are high for medical equipment sales or rentals. Which sucks because you need it for a sick family member and have no choice. Some of the workers there are very harsh/rude with how they speak to you or leave you messages. Peggy was the only one who spoke nicely and was helpful anytime i called. If she wasn't the one who answered the phone, I asked to speak to her directly since she was super nice and always listened to your situation and found the best way to help!

Delivery of the items rented was smooth and fantastic. However, the pick up of the items rented, not so much. Driver parked in next door neighbours driveway. I told him he has to move. That's not our driveway. Then says oh we will be 5 min. I told him. No, neighbour will be home shortly, he's 80, he doesn't need the hassle. Then he says move our car. I said no. Pull in front of our driveway, you're picking up not parking there. The Guys who delivered the equipment did this with no problem and then driver says.. oh we are leaving , I'm calling my boss. Says someone else will come whenever to pick up I said have your boss call me then to discuss. Then he finally did as instructed and picked up the equipment engaging me further being rude. I suggested he just take your stuff and just leave. There’s no need for the attitude on my own property in front of my sick mother.
