Quite surprised about how well organized and fast this place is. Will fight all parking tickets from now on.

Close before 4 and all sigs out and web sides saying is close at 4:30

To many people, this place is a courthouse for traffic and bylaw matters and they come here to pay the fines too. But, there is actually a round conference hall called council chamber and there is another hall called wedding chamber. In the basement, there is an office of the Toronto Children’s Services.

People were not very helpful and rude. At least those people sitting at the front door.

If it is closed due to covid can't you just update it on Google so people can know before driving all the way to the court and reading it on the door. 25 km away directly from their work in heavy traffic.

Very unprofessional and rude customer service. I booked wedding chamber there, I have never been there before and don't know how their system works. So I called them to know more about rules and regulations and other stuff. The customer service representative was not in the mood to answer anything. Being very arrogant she asked me to Go to website to get my answers. I asked her few questions and she made me feel like if I am a fool and don't know anything. She wasn't even ready to understand what I was trying to ask. They should have some politeness towards the people who paid a lot for their events.

Unfortunately, this place is run without order. Maybe it is to do with obnoxious people cutting in line to ask long questions or finding ways to get out of tough spots. However, the process of calling tickets is beyond my head as they call over ten people entering the facility after we arrived with our ticket.I politely asked if there was only one window calling our tickets, but the counter service let me know that all the windows can deal with it. Until the end, I was only called upon serving fourteen other people who came to the waiting area after me.Regardless, many windows being closed during high time could be the factor contributing the lateness in providing service.

Its parking lot is a rip off. $2 for each half hour. Worst part is, it's prepaid. You won't know how much time you'll need, so most likely you'll have to pay the maximum $9.For each (alleged) offense, you'll need to visit that place twice (first to request a trial, and then to attend the trial). That's $18 already before tax, not to mention travel cost. You're a loser no matter what happens. But, it's not like you have a choice.

phone customer service needs improvement. Woman with accent was very rude

This review is for the security staff who keep the parents waiting for 10-15 minutes prior to simply pressng a little button to open the gate to allow parents to pick up their tiny little children from daycare. Hello security people, are you going to pay for aftercare if we are late to get our children?The security staff here are lazy and the gate situation is a nightmare more often than it should be. I get it that you work for the government and so your work life isn't fast paced. But most of us don't. Let us pick up our children!
