Dollar Tree

stopped coming here over 2 years ago cause the lady closed the doors 10 minutes early.... And was very rude to me and I just needed 1 item and said i would be quick. There was no line up at cashier.Instead shop at dollarama and spend thousands of dollars for stuff for my businesses every month and much more for Christmas, valentines etc... for decorations for my businesses.I was close by and today and though would give another chance as I just only needed coin wrappers to cash out the registers at one of my stores .....and they closed 10 minutes early again. This time a girl said sorry closed and I explain the situation. I also mention there was 3 other people who were wondering too and left... she said I had all day to come here. That's not customer service. I just ran from work to grab wrappers. It would took 2 minutes tops instead of the girl spending a minute saying all the stuff to me and to come back tomorrow.We should not have corporate store in our neighbourhoods like this where it's so impersonable

I find the cost of plastic bags absurd. 8 cents -- what a profit. Store a little messy compared to other dollar type stores.

The dollar tree is very nice I really like it never too busy. What get me is said $1.25 or Less. I brought something it was for the kitchen $5.09. I'm sorry it NOT $1.25 OR LESS <☆☆MORE☆☆> I wish I still had receipt.

An assortment of items in this store and prices are pretty competative. A little disorganized with how inventory is managed, but to be expected at times. I shop here regularly and usually find what I am looking for.

This Dollar store is a good size with plenty of products. Especially art supplies. It is excellent for any parent or child looking for back to school supplies. There’s an awesome variety of things which makes it perfect for all ages. In response to everyone who says the staff members are friendly, I shop there often and find most of the staff aren’t. The woman with the curly black hair is incredibly rude. When I was at the checkout area, a man came running in and he asked her “have you seen my phone, I think I left it here.”she replies “no no I haven’t. Go.”“ can you maybe tell me if...”“No, no I can’t, leave.”She said that as she gestured for him to leave! When it was my turn, I saw that she was putting my stuff in a plastic bag. So I say:“Excuse me I brought my own bag.”She replies, “well it would’ve been nice to know that before, I’m not exactly a mind reader am I?”I thought that was rude. That’s was why I give it 3 stars.

If you need any little trinket of any sorts go to this place. I needed to throw a birthday for my two children and their friends. Dollar tree had balloons, decorations, streamers, cards and everything that would go into goodie bags". They also had cleaning products for after the birthday party! I really love how this dollar store has everything one could possibly want for day to day uses."

This Asian lady with short hair, maybe in her 50s, who works at the front cashier should learn some basic customer service skills. I was asking for my receipt and she said “it’s coming” with an attitude. No smile, no thank you. I am not asking for much but at least don’t give people attitudes. This happened on Jan 21, 2022 around 1pm. If the manager or the owner of this store read my review I think you should have a talk with your staff.

BEWARE - Check your receipt and watch what they scan! I was charged an extra $7 and even though I asked about it immediately, the cashier could not give me an explanation or a refund. They essentially stole $7 from me with no recourse. No telling how often this has happened before. Avoid this location!

The store has good collection of many kinds gears tour's homes items and home cleaning electronics accessories school supplies foods cans and pets food very well mixed and affordable compared with same items sold in non dollar store

It's a very excellent place and its prices are very suitable I found everything I wanted
