We were looking to move from Ontario to Edmonton and we're having trouble finding a good realtor. After some difficult experiences we were referred to the Macintosh Group. Stacey was amazing. She worked really closely with us and made sure we stayed in track. She was very knowledgeable about the properties she showed us and the areas they were in, and most importantly she was extremely personable and made us feel comfortable. Stacey Diederich just helped us with our HHT to Edmonton and the whole process was great. She has a family background of contract work, and was able to help us out with every stage of the process.From suggesting neighborhoods, organizing our search/viewings, telling us what to look for (also what to avoid!), and was very responsive with any questions we had at all times of the day.She also had the providers through BGRS (lawyer and inspection) already arranged, and the whole HHT week went very smoothly.Would recommend to anyone looking for a knowledgeable but also down to Earth realtor that made the process easy (as it can be), Enjoyable, and made friends with us in the process.
