It has been a while since I've gone, and they were either missing out no longer carrying some things I wanted, but otherwise, their social distancing and sanitation process is super! I was a little worried before going, but I'm quite satisfied now.

Same as the others but each seems to have a selection unique to themselves and this one has things that I was looking for in other bulk Barnes but I finally found them here and the only problem is it's only accessible from the outside not from in the mall

Terrible customer service. My wife purchased a cake pan from another location that wasn't exactly the size she needed. We were at Billings anyways so we decided to see if this Bulk Barn had the pan she needed. They did. We assumed a simple exchange on an unused, unopened product, but instead the manager refused stating they don't refund the brand of pan and made up some other excuse about the pan being from another store. I know people who have returned non bulk goods to Bulk Barn so this is complete BS. The manager could have helped us, but instead it looks we'll never be shopping here ever again

Always friendly staff. Usually easy to find a $5 coupon online. Easy parking access. My only complaint is I wish they had cilantra flakes in their spices.

Okay with the variety of products, but quality dropped and prices are relatively high. Any nuts I buy are a mix of old and new batches... The old stale taste killing the entire mix. Going green? Scooping all products in plastic and bagging in paper bags that easily rip. Take your own bags if you go.
