Honestly when I come here they take care of me and my vehicle. If they recommend something I Honestly believe them. They are really straightforward. They even gave me a complimentary carwash!

I went here for a rad flush as recommended by a friend.I had an excellent experience with service and availability. Very friendly staff and clear communication, at least to start with. Service was performed as expected and Mark made very sure I was satisfied with the end result.I was a little put off by a couple of things. First, I had a political talk station playing on my radio, which was taken as an invitation to talk politics, which I wasn't really into, especially considering I have somewhat different views of the current landscape.The second was the pricing for my cabin air filter. I was charged $75 additional labour for what is at most a five-minute job. This cost should have been communicated to me before it was done, as I'm fully capable of changing the part myself and certainly would have at that price point. In all fairness to the shop, I assumed this would be included in the overall labour cost and did not ask if it would be a significant extra.Overall, I would recommend with the caveat to be sure any pricing is discussed prior to the work being completed.

Integra Tire is an honest shop. I have been present twice where a customer came in with a giant estimate from a dealership. After Nicole and her crew inspected their vehicles the result was maybe 10% of the repairs were necessary. This past year Integra has replaced my rotten exhaust, adjusted and fixed my bleeding steering box, front brakes and other steering components, steering damper, and 4 shocks. My 2002 Ram 2500 loves me again and I do not remember it steering so well.

I called at 8 AM and Nicole was very friendly and told me to bring in the vehicle! as i did, i needed a replacement rim and the process was honestly smooth and easy. Nicole went above and beyond the call of duty! Thank you for showing such amazing service and kindness! any tire issue i am coming back to you guys!

Purchased tires from Chris at Innisfail location, fantastic service from him and his staff. Now that I live in Edmonton (pot-hole-ville), but a great city, I needed to get my Toyo’s looked at as they have 2 bulges. Went into 159st branch and dealt with Mark and his wife Susan, family operated and also fantastic service!! Without hesitation Mark had his crew rotate my bulge tire to the rear as it was safer and yea he advised me not to drive on them. He also, assisted me on getting my new tires from Innisfail where they were purchased and couriered up to Edmonton. Chris from Innisfail branch gladly sent them with no cost.

Outstanding service!! Very knowledgeable, experienced, and HONEST staff. Took my truck in for some electrical work and to get a new battery. Asked them to remove an old autostarter and the respective wiring, as I was sure there was an electrical drain there. They called me after checking and said that particular wiring was not affecting the battery, so the unit did not need to be removed… saving me over $150 parts and labor! I will definitely be going back. Thank you Integra Team!

Great people and amazing service!! I needed 2 trailer tires ASAP today. I called around and Integra was the most resonably priced and they got the tires I needed right away. They have that mom and pop shop feel to them and I felt at home there.I am in the residential grading business and I have A LOT of tires rolling throughout the summer. Will always go here for tires and tire repair when I need them!! Thanks for all the help today!
