I can't express enough how grateful and impressed I was with the service I received during a very stressful situation I was in last night. My rescuer (his name is Kamel) went way above and beyond the call of duty to get me through a nightmare situation. He was very prompt, professional and accommodating. Also, friendly and personable. When it came time to pay the bill I was surprised at how reasonable it was! I will 100% reccomend My Big Tow to anyone! Kamel, you rock! :)

The guy who helped me, I think his name is Shamel, is very knowledgeable about his job of towing cars after I myself witnessed how he managed to tow my car in an underground parking.I admit, I was a little bit skeptical that he can do it cuz it was a very hard and tricky way to do it, but he did it! Shamel is indeed a kind, helpful and professional guy who is a great asset to your company. Thanks a lot for a wonderful guy like you, Shamel, you are cool man! And I did not wait that long, about 1/2 hour , which to me was great!

My father in law slid off the icy Anthony Henday, pilled into a snow bank and flipped his vehicle. It did land on its wheels. His insurance company, who I a commerce with, called My Big Tow. Their driver Kamel called me to let me know he was on the way. Given the vehicle was buried in the snow in between the north and south bound lanes, I envisioned he would have had a challenge getting it out. I gave him instructions on where I wanted the vehicle taken and he did exactly as requested. We were all very impressed with the company.

I was involved in an accident on Whytemud. Luckily one of their employees was just passing by and saw the accident. He stopped, calmed everyone down, called the towing truck for us, managed traffic so no other accidents happened on the highway until the cars were moved off the highway. If that was not enough, he waited with us while I called insurance, dropped my son home, drove me to the police station so I can file the police report, waited for me at the police station and drove me home. I don't have enough words to thank them for not only the towing service but the humanity and help in all the above and beyond way than the call of duty. Amazing guys, amazing company.

Brian was a true professional and went above and beyond.Got hit hard from behind on the Whitemud and was dazed. I managed to get our crippled service courtesy car to the curb and worked on the next move. Brian was driving by and asked if he could help.I couldn't even add two and two together at that moment, so I was grateful for his offer. He secured the scene by parking his Tahoe at an angle to shield us from the traffic racing by. The next thing I see, he's got a caution sign up, and he put on a red vest and got a baton slowing traffic down. He called for a team member to tow the crippled courtesy car to the autobody shop. He gave the wife and me a ride to the dealership to pick up our own vehicle from our original service appointment.Now that is service above and beyond! You are a good man, Brian, and I salute you.

I was in a car accident, and instead of taking my vehicle to the location that I requested, they brought it back to their yard. They said the repair shop was closed, but I know that there is a drop off location for after hours, and a key dropbox. They were difficult to get ahold of, and they managed to hold onto my vehicle for 9 days in their yard.
