All these 5 star reviews are either paid for, family and friends or people with very low standards. Take note, much better options exist, and can be easily found sitting on your duff at a computer screen.

My most recent experience with Richard’s was the best I’ve had in years. Thi was knowledgeable, approachable and helpful. All my questions were answered and my order was processed and ready for pickup quickly. Mike in the warehouse is awesome-so friendly and helped fit all the boxes into my small car. Thanks again!

Very poor customer service on the phone. The woman that picks up the phone has been unfriendly and confrontational each of the three times that I've called. That said I'm sure the product and prices are fair but I've chosen to use another supplier simply based on customer service interactions.

≈edd wayn , guy refused to walk a few steps from the office to talk to me, and ignored the request of printing my paperwork(manifest) for my load.Very poor ethics , very unhelpful people

I'd like to thank the people of Richard's packaging for helping me get my juice business started. Generously offered sample bottles to figure what works for me. Its refreshing to finally deal with a company that cares about small business. I'd especially like to give an extra big thanks to one of the sales people Brandi. Brandi went over and above the call of duty by delivering a large order to me that was time sensitive and saving me the delivery costs. Which is huge for a small business. I try and I try! And still get the same outcome! There was a women that once worked there - Ilona. she was a gem! Sad she's gone! The woman who answers the phones sounds drunk and is 100% unprofessional! Then, when I get put thru to Laurie, you never know what MOOD she's in! It's frustrating. Plus, she's very condescending, rude, short and often will make you feel dumb OR comes off as a 'know it all! Please Mr. Richard would you send your staff for training on how to be kind
