Extremely rude Indian gentleman who did not repair the screen properly. Now my iPhone 7 screen is not completely flat, it has a dip where the image can be viewed. Very poor execution and horrible customer service. He tried to sell my parents a screen cover that was filled with bubbles and saying that it will go away with time. My dad had to argue for him to return the money for the cover. They went downstairs to Vaughan Cell Phone Repair and got a tempered glass cover for a cheaper price. This tampered glass cover however exposed to poor job done by Mobillinq Thornhill in the glass replacement. You can see that the iPhone screen is not completely flat. DO NOT go to this business. Do yourself a favor and go to Vaughan Cell Phone Repair.

Total fraud!!! I had my iphone 5's battery changed and the attendant told me it's gonna be 45$... he said it's okay for me to comeback....but when i came back, the other attendant charged me 55$....ridiculous! I asked the favor to confirm if i was able to unlock the phone ( i did it thru the procedures apple provided but I wasn't sure if i did it successfully)...the attendant inserted a different simcard and i heard a tone ( so timely it received a message)...yet they said it wasn't unlocked and they will charge 95$ for it...i declined...i was sensing fraud....i didn't further mind unlocking the iphone, but when i went on a vacation abroad, it perfectly was unlocked, using a foreign sim card....their service awfully to rip off customers....beware!!!

Brought in iPhone 6s for battery replacement. The technician was multitasking during the replacement not paying attention (talking to customers, eating, checking music on his own phone, etc). After the replacement, the home button did not work anymore. Brought the phone back to get it fixed, all I got was a “sorry”, can’t fix it. Save yourself the nightmare, go to an Apple store. Yes, it’s $20 extra, but oh so worth it.

Quality work done quick. I dropped my phone off and he had it done in an hour. My phone is good as new and Mr shareef hooked it up with a new case and screen protector as well. I would go to these guys over a place like Best Buy any day.

I got different phone repairs done from here over last few months. The technician Shareef provided excellent customer service. All repairs were done within very reasonable cost and came with warranty. This shop also has huge selection of phone and tablet cases and other accessories. Prices are much lower than other places.

Went to Mobilinq Promenade Mall in Thornhill to repair my iPhone 5S. Person working there says he could fix my phone which kept shutting down for $50, that it would take one hour plus and that they would provide a warranty period. Phone repair" was quickly done in minutes while I waited - suspicious that all the person did was re load operating software which I could have easily done (but which was not confirmed to me as the likely issue.When I went to pay I was then told there would be no warranty provided for this service. I was upset and argued to no avail and asked for a receipt. Initially I was told no for a receipt - first time I've ever had that response anywhere. Then was told it was $50 plus tax for what service I still don't know as the receipt they gave me indicated nothing.All I can do apparently is go online and provide a review. Only too glad to do so. If you value your hard earned money

I had taken my iPhone 6 elsewhere for a repair to the charging port. After the repair my phones wireless connectivity was super flaky and I had to use the speaker phone to be heard in most conversations. After a month of the original technician not calling me and then bailing on appointments I dropped by Mobilinq.The technician at the kiosk immediately understood the issue and let me know that I only need to pay if if the issue was fixed. 45minutes later I was back in business. The technician gave me the part, previously installed, and showed me the tape they had used to affix it within the phone. Quick, reasonably priced, and clear about what needed doing.

I was interested at buying a case for my phone. The customer service was apporcohing me very badly and negatively. Also the prices there are a rip off that comes in horrible quality.Guys if you looking for a case. Shop at Amazon, alixpress or Alibaba. They have a really good varity with affordable prices for a decent quality.
