You honestly can’t go wrong with Holiday Inn. You know what you’re getting. The front desk ladies were super friendly and personable. Breakfast was great. Always a decent selection. Rooms were incredibly clean. When you can smell bleach and other cleaning products, you know they did a good job disinfecting the rooms.

Spent a night here during first week of May while visiting the 1000 islands and I'm super glad I did. They claim they provide Spotless cleaning & they are absolutely right(major applause for your team for making this possible) because for some customers (specially me) cleaning has been a top priority. Front desk & restaurant staff very friendly. Got this room with the 'garden view' n it was lovely. Location absolutely convenient. All necessary amenities available. Breakfast was decent. Overall exceeded value for money during that time.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites 1000 Islands - Gananoque, an IHG Hotel
We stayed in room 144, which is on the 1st floor near the exit. Great for our dog. The lady at the reception was friendly and helpful.The room (and the rest of the hotel) was immaculate. It was nicely decorated. It had a microwave and small refrigerator. There was enough light to read.The grounds are perfectly manicured.The location of the hotel couldn't be better. Easy access off the highway and on the main street of Gananoque.

Staff was amazing! Gave us 2 10$ vouchers for the casino since our mini fridge was turned off when we arrived. Place was clean and updated. Free breakfast was perfect. Price was extremely reasonable.
