Just bought our first home and needed help with our landscaping. Very impressed, the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The young man that delivered our mulch was incredibly nice and professional.All around a wonderful experience, I highly recommend this place!

I wish I could leave less the one star. The people working here have an attitude problem. I came here with my Grandmother to ask some really simple questions about some trees they were selling and the whole time we were talking to this women she was trying to tell us to go ask the other person in the garden area but there was no one there & she wouldn’t believe us, she was actually arguing with us about it but we simply just wanted to ask some questions. As we were leaving before we were even out of ear shot she says to another customer “sorry about them” as if our simple questions were such a hassle out of your “busy” day. It’s a business & part of working for a business is answering some questions about the product. It just comes with the territory. Apparently this isn’t the first time my Grandmother has been treated poorly here. For their insane prices you’d think they would at least be a little friendlier. I would not give this place your business if I were you. (not to mention the items they sell that are completely appropriated from other cultures) This place is terrible.

Long lines. Only ever seems like one person in there knows what's going on....and making things work.Plus they are now up to $5 for some single vegetable plants.....

Best plants, trees and products. Great customer service. Reasonable prices.

There is a lot of selection and the product always looks really nice, especially the hanging baskets. On the downside, the customer service seems to be lacking.The last two times I visited, I helped other customers find things that the staff were either unable (due to lack of product knowledge) or unwilling to help them find other than maybe a finger pointed in the approximate direction. This is compared to another nursery I visit, where the staff will approach you to see if you need help finding anything, ask if you need a tray and stop what they are doing to take you directly to the product you're looking for. Not once have I been approached by a staff member here. I think a bit more effort in this area would really improve the customer experience while shopping here.

Never again!!This simple statement would summarize my recent experience. We've bought top soil, truckload of 6 cubic yards. I understand that they can't guarantee to be 100% weed free, however, we ended up with weed infested dirt.The top soil is nowhere to premium quality" as advertised on the website and what we have received seems to be more like fill dirt.4 weeks after the delivery

We had a truckload (8.5 yds) of beautiful decorative mulch delivered to our home last Friday. When we ordered it, we had our measurements for the area with us. Ashley was awesome! She took our info, spent alot of time with us explaining all the options. It took the 2 of us ( old folks haha) just 5 hours to complete the project. The driver who delivered it, was also great!

Exceptional service from Ashley. She is so knowledgeable, helpful, took a lot of time with us and was so friendly. Pete was great too and helpful. There is a huge variety of plants and trees, very organized and neatly kept. The variety of items in the store are beautiful. They offer delivery.

Used to be a nice place, but no longer is. Management very rude and negligent, sorry for the people working for them. Prices are triple compared to home depot. Take your business elsewhere.

I’ve recently become a regular customer and purchased a variety of fruit and herb plants and trees to add to my very large garden.I enjoy the variety and quality of the plants at this nursery. Every visit the customer service has been wonderful.My last visit I had a problem with a product I purchased and the staff treated me with respect listening to my situation and working with me to come out with the best resolution. Because of how the staff treated me with this problem, I decided to purchase more plants on my visit even though my garden is extremely full.I will definitely return for any future garden needs and I highly recommend this place for its amazing service and plant collection.Thank you
