Got the masks but it’s opened

I purchased the maximum allowed per household of the 3 triomed antimicrobial masks .Each package contains 5 masks , the public is allowed to order 3 packages only. Paypal did it's job and billed my visa $33.57 , each package is $9.99, the mail did it's job and got it here to British Columbia from Quebec in a reasonable time frame. Only to findi3 BioMedical Inc. sent 1 package . I tried to contact the company.I first tried to call, the voice prompts recommend to use their Contact Us page.Their contact page , after you compose your comments displaysInvalid Destination Email ( Please contact site Administrator)I tried to call again and no go , dead air nothing .These are very expensive masks.Sadly my 90 yr old mother in law only got 1 package too, I will have to advocate for her as well.Cheers!Update, first package 1 mask thought oh gosh , they have missed 2/3 of the order. Two days later the rest of the order came.In my Good Book now!
