Able Towing 1997

It’s -40 he told me he could come tow me to a tire shop because I couldn’t get my tire off after it went flat and the lug nuts were frozen. I already called him 45 minutes before asking if he could come help me take it off he just laughed and said use more strength. So the second time I called him I ask him to tow me to a tire shop he says yes I give him my info. We hang up and 10 minutes later just called me back says he can’t do it quickly as he could and hangs up without me even saying anything. This business is totally fine leaving you to freeze in the cold. Trash business

I had a flat tire on the Anthoy Henday and called for help after I was having simple issues getting my spare on, these guy walked me through what I was doing saving me having to even need a tow. Great service, called me right back to make sure I was good. I will call them again if I ever needed to!

Amazing, efficient and friendly service. Car broke down on my commute on a snowy, typically busy tow day. When I called, there was an immediate answer and estimate of a 15 minute response time. It took only a little bit longer than that due to unforeseen circumstances on his previous job, but went above and beyond to support me. My car was located 10-15 blocks from my home, where I had returned, and he swung by my home to grab the keys for no additional charge so that I didn't have to catch an Uber to return to the car. We had a bit of miscommunication on the drop off location, but even then, he was very accommodating agreeing to take it to the newly agreed upon destination and at a reduced price from what typically gets charged for the distance. Will definitely use again in the future and highly recommend to anyone else.
